Arrived when they said. Driver was very amiable and position the pallet as close to the gate as he could. Quality of the product is first rate. Shall definitely use this company again.

I’ve had a poor experience with the company.We went looking for porcelain tiles for my 38sq metre’s patio.We found the colour and size we wanted and was advised that they could split a pallet as there is just over 23mtr per pallet.With this in mind we decided that we would return in the next few weeks and make the order.
Which I did,but on my return I was seen by a different representative and he told me that they don’t split pallets so I would have to take two pallets but that I would be able to return any slabs that was not required!
After completion I returned to the company as was also returning two tubs that was not required,I e grout and slurry.Which they took but told me that they didn’t take returns of slabs!I explained what I had experienced but it was if I was lying.I told them that I was given different information by there sales people as why would I take over 46sq metre’s when I only required 38 and a few extra for cuts!
They flatly refused to pick up the extra slabs even though I had been given different information by two of their staff!
This was an error on their part,not mine as was given differing information and having spent almost £2000 I was not and am not a happy customer.
I will not be recommending the company or indeed returning!I absolutely detest being treated as a liar!

Order arrived quickly on the pre-arranged date. Some of the pavers were damaged so emailed Gazelle who arranged another shipment that arrived within a few days. Good customer service. Happy with the quality of pavers too. Thanks Gazelle for all your help.

The absolute worst customer service. Ordered and got an email to say the delivery had been booked in for 27/5.

On the morning of delivery called and was advised still on track to be delivered today. Called in the afternoon to check again and was advised that the order hadn’t even been dispatched (despite what I was told in the morning) and the earliest I would received it was Wednesday.

I’ve booked and paid for a landscaper on the basis of the info provided when ordered and again this morning. The service of the phone was unhelpful, no complaints dept, no managers, lack of appreciation of the additional cost incurred based on the false provided on multiple occasions.

Only just taken delivery but everything looks great quality and well packaged. Delivery was also very good, my driveway is hard to access but the driver was very helpful and did his best to leave everything as close to my house as possible. 10 out of 10.

Recently ordered paving slabs. Initially I had a problem with delivery. One road to my property is closed however there is a diversion in place. Driver didn’t deliver saying the road was closed. After contacting customer services and advising driver to fill the diversion. My order was delivered next working day.
Customer services were 1st class.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Order two pallets two weeks ago to be delivered on Friday 20/5. Not a word....I called them and they said they would check with the courier. Came back to me and said that they couldn't deliver to my house as I was set back from the road and they only drop on the road as it is an 18 tonne lorry and even though they use a pump truck, they refused to take them 30 feet along the drive. Arranged to have them delivered to a distribution company that coudl bring them to me and lo and behold, they were delivered on a 7.5 tonne truck. If you want a real headache and stressful purchase, customer service people who constantly talk over and don't call you back when they say they will, then these are the guys for you!

Delivered on time and with care, no breakages. I would certainly use them again!!!

Quick delivery and a good product. Delivery driver couldn’t get the pallet onto our drive with the equipment he was given. The wheels of the trolley sank into the drive with the weight. He was v apologetic. I suspect different equipment would really help him and your customers!

Not laid paving as yet but looks to be really good quality. Ordering,delivery time,and overall experience was excellent

Very easy to use website and delivered within timescales. This is the second time we have bought on the site and will use again.

Easy to order good product however the pallet my order was delivered on was almond broken and very unstable. The delivery agents were not easy to communicate with. I was unable to contact them or track my delivery. The delivery driver whilst pleasant was over an hour late and didn’t apologise for being late. He struggled to place the palate on the drive as his forklift hand machine wasn’t up to the job it struggled to lift pallet But overall a good experience

The sample was sent out to me very quickly.
Then once I completed my order online, they delivered my order on the day stated.

I will now order from Paving stones direct all the time.

Good price, good service, good product!

Terrible customer service. They haven't replied to multiple emails after they sent (paid for) samples WITHOUT LABELLING, so we have no way of knowing what each sample is. Poor service considering customers have to pay for samples. Competitors provide samples for free AND clearly label the sample being provided. Wont consider this company for our very large garden project.

I purchased over £2000 worth of porcelain planks from them, 5 were chipped and 3-4 were smashed completely. When I rang to inform them of this they told me to send an email with pictures and they will contact me. Nobody bothered to get back to me that day and I needed the items urgently to finish the job or I would incur further costs by having the builder for longer. As they failed to get bk to me I had to place an order on the website for the minimum if 5m2. This was £250 and £30 delivery. I emailed the company informing them of this and that I did not require replacements just to refund some of the additional cost I had incurred. The lady on the phone agreed this. I then receive an email about an hour later stating they won’t be refunding me and that they have sent the 5 extra tiles with the 5m2 ( which I didn’t need but was the minimum).
I have since spoken to a lovely lady called Darcy who went above and beyond to put things right, I have since ordered more things and she was happy to assist even when some tiles were damaged. It shouldn’t come to this but since she put things right it’s fair to say the products were very good, it was just the initial service by A rude man named Kenneth that was awful.
Just be aware that they say you should allow 10% of your order to be damaged!
