I ordered the Black Limestone Cobble Sets and couldn’t be happier. They arrived in a sturdy crate on a pallet truck, and the delivery guy was brilliant—really kind and helpful. He brought the pallet in and placed it exactly where I needed, which was a huge relief as I live off the main road (so I was worried it would just be left on the kerbside).

The product itself is beautiful—black limestone from India—and I used it to create a border around my porcelain paving (white and charcoal). The contrast looks amazing, and the finish is exactly what I was hoping for. Great service and great product!

My order arrived quickly and was what I’d asked for, however there were 2 large slabs that were cracked and couldn’t be used. I didn’t however reach out to BGP. Beautiful paving.

Very quick delivery and only 2 broken slabs out of two packs.
The only downside was the slabs were nothing like the colour on the computer. I was expecting charcoal grey and they were light grey, the delivery guy says they will be darker when they are wet! not really the point

Happy with the actual product received. Very few damaged slabs (few minor chips which I can live with) - packaged really well.

Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. They charged me per pallet for delivery (5) but when they arrived there was only 4 - correct amount of goods, but one less pallet which I paid delivery for. When I spoke with them about this they weren't really bothered. I mean, when spending thousands of pounds, you'd think they might offer free delivery like most other businesses when you spend over a certain amount.

Every time I've had to ring them with enquiries, they take an absolute age to answer.

Recently spoke with them about ordering a couple of extra items as my layout plans changed slightly so was short on a few edging strips. When I did eventually get through I was told I can order individual items as I was an existing customer, email the batch number and what I need, they will send a payment link and send them out to me. Happy days.

I sent the email a week ago and no response. Chased them up on the phone and was told waiting for warehouse to check - that was 4 working days ago, sent another email chasing it up as I need these to finish my project and still nothing.

Who would have thought trying to buy stuff off a business would be so hard?

Their customer service and aftersales is pretty poor to say the least!

A couple of mishaps on my part were quickly resolved by the office staff. Delivery was quick and on time. The tiles look loverly.

Went with this company after a competitor messed us around. Whilst slightly more expensive they were much more helpful and delivery was within 4 days of placing the order.
Delivery was perfect, driver helpful and no breakages.

Wow ! In the 20 years of being an experienced paver i have never come across such a product.
Purchased 3 packs of sawn sandstone, firstly arrived 2 days later than my delivery date with no communication and after paying the additional delivery cost.
The paving it’s self is shocking, I have had to hand sand almost a whole pack due to not being chamfered, the mixed sizes do not work and have had to hand cut to keep to joints. So many with defects, even on the better of the slabs the cut of the paving is all over the place.
So not only did I lose the days waiting for delivery I’ve lost multiple days in fixing the product as I went.
If you are a paver reading this don’t bother and if you are a d.i.yer then good luck.
I never like to leave reviews like this but I provide a service to my customers and I’ve been let down massively by this product which is at my own expense to fix.
