Get the info up front.

I never really used the company. The marketing was good. But once I signed up there was no communication. I kind of forgot i had it until they charged me monthly.

These people are thieves. Even after cancelling they continued to charge my bank account and wouldn’t refund for not using their services. Do not, I repeat do not do business with these thieves.

Mia is a super help!

Mia gave me some big advice and help understanding what I was doing wrong with Sadie's training even though she has made tremendous progress in it. She helped me realize I was putting Sadie through so much work that she associates time with me with working and not playing. Thanks to her and her advice I am excited to get to work on bringing playful Sadie back!

Deceptive business practices

Deeply deceptive business practices. They lure you in offering what appears to be a low-cost, one-time charge, which turns out to be a trial subscription. And after the trial supposedly ends, you get charged a recurring monthly charge of $38.95. You cannot manage your subscription or cancel on their website — I had to email support. They did respond and cancel with a "sorry, not sorry" email saying they will not refund the charge. Since I paid with PayPal, I am disputing that charge.

Eva was super informative and helpful

Eva was super informative and helpful. She worked with me until I felt comfortable with the training method she suggested, and also I was impressed that she wanted to touch base with me to see how I was progressing with my pet in a couple of days. 100% satisfied customer here!
