My honest review was removed for some strange reason so I want to putit back.
After a long battle with the owner,I decided to leave an honest review here to warn other potential buyers. My experience with this shop and interaction with the owner , was exactly the same devastating as all other poor people that left their bad reviews here. Despite providing the exact size of my pet, I received huge sizes, that were packed in a ripped plastic bag, carelessly sellotaped around, very shocking packaging. When I challenged the owner, I got a dose of harassment. Shocking customer service. As he couldn’t provide me with the correct size, I requested the refund but he refused.It took me quite a long time and nerves to get my refund from this person. But I put my foot down because I was right and warned him that I will take this terrible matter further and go legal, and only after that he refunded me

Was a little worried after reading the reviews after placing an order but the two anxiety beds I ordered arrived within in the 9 working days time slot and the beds were fab, both good quality. Really happy. I did email for an order update and received a prompt reply with the Royal Mail delivery date which arrvied as stated.

The dog bed which cost £60 was very poor value for money.

I ordered a dog coat on the 3rd of December as i paid for but not recieved this dogs coat after many emails to them to tell them i have not recieved the dogs coat they are not very helpful atail so every think twice buying from this company as they alway blame you as it is your fault so avolid this company when buying your dogs coats will never ever buy from them again

This is a mixed review because of several factors

Biggest Pro: Dog Bed is fab quality and exactly what I ordered
2nd Pro: Ordered on December 2nd - recieved December 10th

Cons( there are several)
Communication difficulties and lack of detail therein
Often no reply via contact form so had to follow with email

Just wish there had been more timely communication during the process as it sends out alarm bells/red flags when you are told:

You will be sent account link on ordering but end up having to register yourself.

It doesn't matter that the order doesn't show in account.

Contrary to advertised info you don't recieve shipping OR tracking advice

However! It has arrived and is good quality so I am happy and relieved

I was in contact regularly as I only read these reviews after ordering so I was worried if I would either not recieve anything or get a bad quality item - neither happened.

Second review as product was delayed after waiting over 3 weeks for dog coat , numerous messages to contact and evri the coat finally arrived . I ordered medium they sent XXL . Have now sent another 2 messages and no response . The company asked me to remove my initial review re delay and lack of response and offered compensation even though I’ve asked numerous times for refund which hasn’t been acknowledge . Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Ordered for the first time, I ordered a dog coat for my dog and it fits him like a glove. Will be ordering again in future! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. :)

Avoid this company. It's clearly a drop-shipping company supplying stuff direct from China. Placed order for two items. Item 1 took 10 days to come. Product is ok, but cheap quality. Item 2 never arrived. Emailed numerous times to find out where it was. Eventually told out of stock. Then had to email a few more times to get a refund. That has only just been processed, more than a month after my initial order. Amateur outfit, best avoided.

Ordered a 5XL dog coat with harness, having liked the style seen online. Unfortunately, there was a defect with the stitching on the item received so I emailed the company. Phil responded almost immediately, despite being out of hours, and sent another without delay. I received the new coat this week and it's perfect - fits snuggly and the dog seems happy! I can't complain about the product or customer service and would use this website again.

We purchased 2 dog jackets and, having carefully measured the dogs, they were a perfect fit. The delivery date was clear so we knew we had to wait, and they arrived exactly as expected. Good quality and value for money which was a pleasant surprise after reading some of the reviews

Ordered dog coat 22nd Nov received by evri on 24th Nov to date product still not received . Chased pawfect4pets who said update from evri will be delivered by 5th Dec . I’ve chased evri they have no update or any delivery info
Requested a refund 3 emails later still no response from pawfect4pets despite their website saying contact us we are happy to help !! No coat , no refund . They claim to have great reviews on google but I’m doubtful

I had quick responses to emails re measurements for a dog coat. Despite sending precise measurements, I was advised to get a particular size but it’s much too big - but Phil at the company will not refund me. I can only get an exchange. Any reputable company would refund goods in perfect condition. The item wasn’t quite like the photo which looked much better of course. I went to some trouble to get the measurements right but the actual item is much bigger than stated. I’m not happy and don’t recommend anyone to use this company. It’s very poor not to exchange such items which are often difficult to get right. Don’t buy from them,

Ordered a luxury doggy sofa in dark green and received a car dog bed in orange and pale green. The offered a refund of £12 which I refused however on checking the website the bed I received is more expensive than the bed I ordered, they then offered a refund of £16 which I took for fear of being blocked. I have received the refund and they were very quick to respond.

Absolute joke! I did measure my dog and order what it says in the chart, but been sent wrong sizes. I E-mailed straight away,but I've been told this is the right size. No more replies, no solutions for the problem whatsoever. By the way, all items are from AliExpress but way more cheaper there and actually delivery is quicker than pawfect4... website and items looks good but delivery, prices and customer service NO NO NO. Especially you can cheaper and quicker!!!

I was dubious about buying coats for my Miniature Dachshunds online but the coats are wonderful .
Light , cosy & easy to fit . I bought two XLs & am very pleased .
Highly recommend them

Poor customer service. Waited over 10 days for product by which time I had to purchase an alternative.
Phil, the owner deflects and makes returns so challenging that people 'give up'. Appalling customer service.
Save your money (and time) and go to a reputable high street store.
I will continue to pursue refund.

I was concerned after seeing the reviews which I looked at after I'd placed my order. I'm glad I looked after as I wouldn't have ordered but so pleased I did. Yes it took over a week for delivery but it did state this when I ordered. Very pleased with the anti anxiety dog bed I bought. My dog loves it, he's a back sleeper and an older dog so the extra base padding is great for him.

Be careful!
After requesting a refund follow an online purchase I was initially told the company doesn’t do refunds. It was only after informing them that they had a legal obligation to refund that they reluctantly said they would refund but only after accusing me of not measuring my dog correctly!
I then had to chase this refund up and when I finally got my money back the money refunded was £3.00 less than the cost of the coat.
Appalling customer service. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Do not order from this company, save your money & go elsewhere - dreadful experience. Ignoring request for refund despite goods being returned a month ago.

Absolutely shocking company, do not buy from them.
I ordered a dog bed from them, still waiting to this day for it to arrive. It’s been over 4 weeks since ordering and paying for it, contacted them multiple times via email with no response whatsoever, companies like this need shutting down.
