Where do I even begin?
My Mum carefully measured our dog, followed the company’s sizing guide (because silly me assumed it was there for a reason), and ordered the appropriate coat. What arrived was so unbelievably too small that I can only assume it was designed for a hamster with confidence issues.
Naturally, since they sent the wrong coat, my mum expected a refund. But no that would be far too logical. Instead, after several discussions, they generously offered… store credit. Because nothing says “we value our customers” like making you pay for their mistake twice.
After a couple of weeks, we thought, “Let’s give them one last chance and use our store credit.” Huge mistake. We ordered a blanket, which arrived last week and is absolute rubbish. The quality is dreadful, the packaging and postage were equally poor, and it feels like something you’d win in a very depressing raffle.
Customer service? Disgusting. Honestly, I’ve had warmer interactions with automated phone menus.
Please, for the love of your wallet and your pet, do not order from this company.

The replacement cushion i ordered for my dog's bed was absolutely perfect, super thick and comfortable. The original one I ordered was lost in the post but this companies customer service was fantastic and sorted it out immediately. Second to none for quality, value for money and great customer service.
changed my mind about getting a £100 dog bed after reading these terrible reviews. Customer service was horrendious, so rude and unprofessional. Good luck surviving in a very crowded market with your attitude to paying customers.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The anti anxiety fluffy sofa cover is ok, but I have had to give 1 star as the dog fleece coat was awful in terms of fitting and getting it on. Replies to my emails were sketchy, but then turned incredibly rude. I have spent £11 returning the coat and paying for postage on the new replacement coat (first postage was free as I had spent £58). They will not refund, only replace, so you have to purchase the new coat before getting refunded on the old one. I always support small businesses but I will never make the costly, timely and upsetting experience of ordering here again.

The products are just terrible. Even though I measured exactly as per instructions, the dog fleece was the incorrect size and it was my fault apparently and therefore no refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

The Oval anxiety dog bed arrived after 13 days. The mattress is noisy due to the waterproof cover. The zip to access the waterproof cover and remove it is poor quality and kept catching. The surrounding padding is made of small pieces of firm foam and is lumpy. The fur covering is soft but not substantial. It’s not even worth half the £89 I paid for it. On the positive side, when I queried when my delivery would arrive, they responded quickly. I do not recommend this product.
Do not use this company. We ordered two harnesses and a dog collar. The dog collar never arrived and the harnesses didn’t fit. We’ve emailed multiple times, we’ve sent the harnesses back recorded delivery and they’ve been received and we are left with nothing delivered and no response or refund! If you are reading this I suggest checking your emails and responding to your customers before the matter gets taken further.

I ordered two dog coats about a year ago. Despite careful measuring, one coat was too large and I emailed Pawfect4Pets. I received a prompt and courteous reply and a different size was immediately dispatched (without waiting to receive my return of the one that was too large). The coats have been fantastic - warm, waterproof and durable in extensive use. I recently ordered two more but, when delivered, there was only one in the package. I sent a message via the chat option on the website and received an instant reply apologising and saying a coat would be dispatched immediately.
Received an email on the 3rd of December to say my item was in transit, Received no tracking information, was told that it would be Evri or Royal Mail delivering depending on where I lived, parcel hadn't arrived by the 19th of December so sent email, got a quick response to say that my parcel had been stuck in an Evri depot for the previous 8 days, was offered a replacement but I asked for a refund as wasn't hopeful a replacement would arrive in time and it was meant to be a Christmas present, no refund, no reply to the email, sent another email this week to say my parcel still hadn't arrived, got quick reply again to say my parcel appears to have been lost, was again offered a replacement, I have again asked for a refund but as yet have had no reply, very poor way to run a company and will definitely avoid in future
Terrible don’t make the same mistake as me and order from this company. The as seen on ITV got me, I wish I had looked at trust pilot first. Ordered Christmas presents early December, half the ordered arrived just before Christmas. Tacky, damaged and a mess. I still haven’t received my personalized dog Matt which was meant to be a Christmas present. Have emailed this company with no response.
My honest review was removed for some strange reason so I want to putit back.
After a long battle with the owner,I decided to leave an honest review here to warn other potential buyers. My experience with this shop and interaction with the owner , was exactly the same devastating as all other poor people that left their bad reviews here. Despite providing the exact size of my pet, I received huge sizes, that were packed in a ripped plastic bag, carelessly sellotaped around, very shocking packaging. When I challenged the owner, I got a dose of harassment. Shocking customer service. As he couldn’t provide me with the correct size, I requested the refund but he refused.It took me quite a long time and nerves to get my refund from this person. But I put my foot down because I was right and warned him that I will take this terrible matter further and go legal, and only after that he refunded me

Was a little worried after reading the reviews after placing an order but the two anxiety beds I ordered arrived within in the 9 working days time slot and the beds were fab, both good quality. Really happy. I did email for an order update and received a prompt reply with the Royal Mail delivery date which arrvied as stated.
The dog bed which cost £60 was very poor value for money.
I ordered a dog coat on the 3rd of December as i paid for but not recieved this dogs coat after many emails to them to tell them i have not recieved the dogs coat they are not very helpful atail so every think twice buying from this company as they alway blame you as it is your fault so avolid this company when buying your dogs coats will never ever buy from them again

Biggest Pro: Dog Bed is fab quality and exactly what I ordered
2nd Pro: Ordered on December 2nd - recieved December 10th
Cons( there are several)
Communication difficulties and lack of detail therein
Often no reply via contact form so had to follow with email

I was in contact regularly as I only read these reviews after ordering so I was worried if I would either not recieve anything or get a bad quality item - neither happened.
Second review as product was delayed after waiting over 3 weeks for dog coat , numerous messages to contact and evri the coat finally arrived . I ordered medium they sent XXL . Have now sent another 2 messages and no response . The company asked me to remove my initial review re delay and lack of response and offered compensation even though I’ve asked numerous times for refund which hasn’t been acknowledge . Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Ordered for the first time, I ordered a dog coat for my dog and it fits him like a glove. Will be ordering again in future! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. :)
Avoid this company. It's clearly a drop-shipping company supplying stuff direct from China. Placed order for two items. Item 1 took 10 days to come. Product is ok, but cheap quality. Item 2 never arrived. Emailed numerous times to find out where it was. Eventually told out of stock. Then had to email a few more times to get a refund. That has only just been processed, more than a month after my initial order. Amateur outfit, best avoided.
