I did receive a refund and my…
I did receive a refund and my prescription for Caninsulin was returned to me. Because i was told there was No point sending another order, as this was how it was sent. *life saving medication. *
The packaging for my order was far from what i would have expected . 1 small ice pack sent with a foil bag in a small plastic bag for 2 x 2.5ml bottles of Caninsulin sent via Royal mail next day, without refrigeration to keep it at temp. The ice pack had melted and the Caninsulin was warm on delivery to me.
It is stressful enough buying insulin for my dog online.
I would Not recommend using this company for Caninsulin or any Insulin if this is how it's sent out to customers.

We are very sorry there was a problem with your delivery . All of our refrigerated items are sent out with an ice pack in a thermal envelope on a guaranteed next day delivery to get them to you as quickly as possible, unfortunately the warmer weather can work against us at times.
