Such a lovely small business!

As a repeat customer it is always a pleasant experience when purchasing products from Paw-pals, not only are all of their products gorgeous but they are also of high quality, you can really tell the owners have put so much time and thought into each of their products!

We’ve been so impressed with Paw Pals

We’ve been so impressed with Paw Pals. Their harnesses are beautifully made, fit wonderfully, and the prints are just gorgeous. You can really see the attention to detail in every piece. Delivery was speedy too, which is always a bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paw Pals to anyone looking for quality accessories for their pet.

We love paw pals

We love paw pals.
Great communication, products are great quality. Our dog Bumble looks gorgeous in all the harnesses we have from here.

I never received my package and never…

I never received my package and never got a refund. The charge of taxes and tariff exceeds two times the product. Wrote an email to company never received any realonse.

Hi Linda,

We have sent multiple emails, whatsapp and text messages and also messaged you on Instagram as soon as we recieved the first import reminder message however we did not get a response to any of these.

We did also send an email confirming we’ve had these back due to no import tax being paid and emails ignored from both ourselves and Evri.

We have not received any emails or correspondence from yourself, unfortunately import tax we do not have control of the price and is all stated on the delivery section of our website.

If you could please respond to our previous emails so we can get something resolved, I feel a one star review due to you choosing not to respond to the import emails or ourselves when we reached out several times on 4 different platforms is very unfair.

I bought a collar at the Hylands Dog…

I bought a collar at the Hylands Dog Show but alas it was too big. Customer services were excellent in letting me return online and get a smaller size.
The quality of the collar and lead is excellent and our dog looks really pretty in it.
