My experience was flawless. Everyone was on top of their knowledge and service.

I received all the information to purchase my puppy from a good breeder. No puppy mills, no scammer. Good customer service every step of the way from reserving a puppy to delivery to my home. It's quite a process but, we'll worth it. It's the safe way to purchase a puppy. Yes, it cost a bit for a new puppy and travel but, you can rest knowing you have made
a good choice.

Every Pawrade employee I had contact with was helpful and courteous. I did my vetting to ensure I wasn't being scammed. There are multiple safe guards in place to ensure I received the puppy I purchased. Even the Puppy Express people were great. I have had my puppy for 1.5 weeks now and he is a happy healthy energetic little guy. He is a delight!!

The company was Amazing in letting me know when the Puppies would be coming how long the transport was going take. The staff was Amazing! I did purchase 2 Beautiful German Shepherds.

From selection, purchase, and delivery of our newest family addition my experience has been 100% satisfaction. Our latest fur baby Miss Hannah arrived right on time, and immediately made herself at home. Her vet appointment was today and her assessment was A+ according to our vet. Our new puppy is the sweetest boy ever! The entire process was so easy; and pick up was informative and efficient. We can tell our pup came from a loving breeder as his demeanor couldn’t be any better, and he is already responding to commands and potty training a week in. We can’t recommend Pawrade enough to find your new furbaby.

This system was a little confusing at first because you are contacted by different people for different things. However in the long run someone is always aware of your adoption and if they cannot answer a question, they will find the answer for you. Very good communication between areas of service in Pawrade plus Im very thrilled with my new puppy.

Everything went just as described. I couldn’t be happier with my new puppy and the job Pawrade did in helping me through the process.

Pawrade is a good company;however, a few things I did not like was they seemed to take longer to get back to questions I had after me paying for my puppy and it took 15 days from the date I paid for him till getting him. After the transporter picked him up from the breeder they got him here in one day which was amazing with it being over 900 miles.
Overall I would recommend them still. They are a legit company & did do everything they said they would. I now have my new best friend that I am absolutely in love with.

Our experience with adopting a new puppy was all new to us. We’d been searching sites for adoption, rescue or rehoming of dogs for a long time before we came upon the picture of the new little man of our dreams on the Pawrade.com site.
Through researching this site, we gathered valuable information and insights on the many breeds and their traits and advantages or challenges when making a good choice for us.
The pictures were adorable, the descriptions were sweet, the details of heritage and physical specifics were detailed, background was thorough and their representation was impressive.
When contacted on March 10, to inquire about more details and specifics, the response was immediate and personal. As discussions continued, we developed a friendly relationship with the staff and received referrals for the processing of our next steps. These steps included references, ours and theirs, payment confidentiality, adoption confirmation, contract completion and travel scheduling.
We were gently guided through each step, As if we were friends or family already. We felt informed, welcomed, supported and ready, by all who provided input.
He arrived at midnight on April 1st. The delivery was prompt, the distance was long, the transition was efficient, the puppy was happy and the personal attention to his welfare was evident. He came with everything we expected and also some kind gestures of comfort, like treats, his familiar blanket and toy, that we didn’t expect. He even smelled good!
Throughout the entire process, we were treated with respect and courtesy. It became a mutually beneficial experience, much more than a business exchange. And follow-up regarding his welfare and ours continues through Pawrade’s sincere inquiries.

After losing my 10 yr old Frenchton to cancer recently, I found myself wanting another Frenchton puppy, but where to begin? My biggest fears were getting scammed and avoiding puppy mills. Fortunately I discovered Pawrade and felt confident they are legit and guaranty no puppy mills. My experience from beginning to end has been smooth and seamless. Everyone I dealt with at Pawrade was more than helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. My puppy is beautiful, healthy, and a little spitfire, we are in love!
