My experience with Pawrade was excellent. I had many questions and everyone at Pawrade was very helpful & responsive.
This proved to be the most secure way to find & purchase a healthy puppy.

Pawrade gave me peace of mind. I felt confident that this was not a puppy mill, and that the breeder was vetted! The entire process from purchase to picking up our fur baby, was an incredibly comfortable safe experience. Our puppy was checked out by our vet. The vet was so impressed with the good tally, and the strength of our new puppy. He wants to use Pawrade, for his next purchase of a shitzu.
There were zero issues with our new fur baby, Ruby!! She had adapted well, and quickly to our family! Pawrade is a trusted was to purchase your new fur baby!! The service was quick to respond to my questions, the staff was incredibly helpful to walk me through the process. Very impressed with all the help and guidance to make this an easy entry into our family with, Ruby. The breeder is top notch, and has bred an amazing puppy! Thank you to the breeder as well. Quality, smart and pre trained for us! Ruby is comfortable in her crate, goes potty outside, eating well, and sleeps through the night already !

Everything went well and was super easy. There was plenty of communication throughout the process that made feel better getting a dog from far away. Puppy arrived right on time, and was ready to be part of our family.

The professionalism of the whole company. The great communication from start to finish. Probably the best or least one of the best company I have dealt with. If I had dreamed of perfect puppy for me Chanel is perfect! My vet gave her an A+ for perfect tiny toy poodle! Love her greatly, she loves everyone but when she hears my voice she perks up to see what I am doing! Can’t go anywhere without people stopping me to see her! Absolutely ❤️ Chanel!

You kept in touch with me at all times, including a quick response rate on my numerous questions. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They reminded me of various items I needed to ensure my new puppy was delivered safe and happy. This review also includes the wonderful delivery service and their staff. I was connected with their location at all times through a phone app, and that was comforting and exciting at the same time. Overall, I am very pleased. She's a special little lady...

The process was very simple from the beginning to the end. My father adopted a Shetland sheepdog, and a month later I was able to adopt his brother from the same breeder. Both dogs have been amazing. It’s been an awesome bonding moment for both the puppies and my father and I. I would highly recommend Pawrade.

From the beginning comicatipon was right on text,email and calls. Once our new pup was ready to come home transportation was setup. A team of two drove our pup from Missouri to Rhode Island (Aaron and Karen). They were in contact through an app with updates the entire time.

There were several areas that I appreciated but most of all I appreciated the levels of communication for the interest through purchase… the quick responses to all of my questions and the commitment to responding to all of my concerns!

Great people to work with, they do what they say.

Edit: Sure I received a refund for the price of the puppy and I appreciate it... but now I'm paying 3x more than the puppy original price in medical bills.

I'm more disappointed that my puppy needs so much medical attention and she is not even 1yr old. Vets and dog trainer have said these issues are most common with backyard breeders or even puppy mills. Not saying this was the case, but gives me some doubt regarding her pedigree/breeder. So if you are looking to use Pawrade just do more research or look for a local vetted breeder you can talk with directly.

I received my puppy on January. The transaction was smooth and fast. She arrived generally healthy and happy. However, her vet pointed out she has genetic health issues. So basically she'll have life long health issues and need surgery/treatments to alleviate. I notified Pawrade and made a claim. I recieved a refund for the price of the puppy, but they said that was the extent they would cover and the health guarantee is no longer applicable. The refund only covered a fraction of her treatment, so I'll be paying for the rest and I'll have to pay for any other future treatments needed for her genetic issues. I love the puppy and will provide the care she needs, but I regret buying from Pawrade. I definitely won't use them again in the future and won't recommend thier service.

We were very pleased with Pawrade’s in adopting our mini dachshund, Beethoven. From the very first inquiry to the transport our every concern was answered. We are now the proud owners and it has brought lots of happiness to our home. Our puppy arrived to our home in wonderful condition and seemed very happy. In I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for a new pet.

Good Communication, direction. Everyone we have worked with through the process of acquiring our puppy has been really great! Breeders have also followed up with us and provided their contact information in case we have any questions or concerns.

My experience was fantastic! Everything was a decribed except for one thing my puppy was cuter in person. Everything down from helping me to find the right puppy to answering all of the questions I had. Pawrade was very responsive before, during and after the purchase. Well worth in my mind. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a new family member!
