Disappointed
I recently bought the new Performance Paws Mit for my little dog and was somewhat disappointed for I found the Mit part on the small side and it kept slipping off my hands, I would have preferred a thumb section to them too. Such a shame because I have several towels from them and they are all of excellent quality and very efficient for wrapping up small muddy dogs of which I have 3.

Great Products and service
My pup has the dry bag and a microfibre drying towel - very impressed with both as they dry her off very quickly. An added bonus is that she gets very sleepy when she is wrapped in her dry bag so i get cuddles too :-)
Great service from the lovely Digby Doodle the Cockapoodle too!

Fantastic products! I bought a microfibre towel as it had great reviews and all I can say is that the reviews weren’t lying! It’s done the trick every time, helping to quickly remove dirt and dry my border collie after a run around the park. It’s that good I bought a second one for a friend and her dog

Well made dry dog bag
The dry bag is well made and looks great. The medium size, as suggested on the Paws and Presto website for cocker spaniels, is a bit too big for my dog - he is able to get out of it very fast. However, it is still a useful item to have when dealing with a damp dog!

We are sorry to hear the bag is too big for your Cocker Spaniel however, it is the recommend size for your breed. There should be additional room for movement as we would hate for any dog to feel completely trapped as this can cause them to panic.

Who thought dog towels could be this good!
These dog towels are amazing. I have a golden retriever who likes the mud and the puddles so is constantly needing to be washed and dried. I was amazed at how much water they absorbed! I bought 5 but I will be buying more!

Excellent. Originally purchased their drying bag and then purchased quite a few other products. They’re practical and good quality but what I like the most is that they look nice. So many dog related products are tacky colours with paws and bones all over them. Really like the product design.

Best towels we've ever had for dogs
Best towels we've ever had for dogs. We keep 2 in the car, 2 in the utility room for when we get back from walks and 1 upstairs for after a shower. These towels dry so much better than ordinary towels leaving dogs almost completely dry. Easy to wash and dry.

Great customer service
Great customer service and very friendly. One of the items I ordered was damaged in the post. I emailed to let them know and Amy replied straight away and a replacement was despatched the same day. The towels I ordered are a good size and great for cleaning up my Sprocker Spaniel puppy. I haven't used the cool mat yet but again it's a great size, just what I need for the car . Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Bad customer service! Watch their offers!
Bad customer service!! Ordered two towels for my dog at the weekend as there was a buy two get one free offer on. I had emailed beforehand to check that the offer was still on.
Only received the two towels I’d paid for and no free towel.
Emailed to query this and was told I should have added the free one to the basket which I thought happened automatically.
I asked if as a gesture of goodwill they would send me the free one only to receive the response that no they wouldn’t !
So they don’t care about their customers and I for one will not be buying from them again!

I have taken some time to look over the emails exchanged with our team and I can see you contacted us on the 15-10-2021 to check if the 3 for 2 deal was live. I can see our team confidently confirmed it was active from the date of your email coming through until the 17-10-2021.
To redeem the special 3 for 2 offer the instructions were clear on the website, advising a third towel needed to be added to the basket, it would be at that point the discount would be triggered which deducted the cost.
While we love to give our lovely customers discounts and special offers from time to time, it is the customers responsibility to ensure any discounts are triggered upon check out, which I am sure you can understand.
Although we are a small but developing business we do have a customer service team who are happy to answer any queries, no matter how big or small they may be - We would always recommend contacting us if you are unsure on anything, and we will be sure to provide you with an informative response.
We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take this on board for how we may change how our offers are advertised going forward.

Incompetent or worse?
This company are either incompetent, careless about customer relations or downright dishonest. I don't know which one. I placed an order 5 weeks ago. I have received nothing although my money was taken immediately and they haven't responded to my email asking for clarification with regard to my order. I have just sent an email asking for the company to refund my money. I hope that they reply and will get back on here to let you know if they do.

We have also followed up with numerous emails to provide updates to where we are up to with this product. Have you not received any of these? I am also confused why you haven't received any response from our customer service team. We have no issues at all refunding this for you. Overpriced rubbish
After being bombarded with ads for their microfibre dog towels on Facebook I finally gave in, trusted the feedback on the ad comments, and made an order for a large dog towel.
I’ve just been out to the beach with the dog and used the towel to dry him. To say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. I normally use an old bath towel to dry him that I’ve used for year and by the time I’m done the dog is dry to go into the car.
Despite using the new towel in the same way the dog just wouldn’t dry and I ended up needing to use his old towel to finish the job.
If this had been a microfibre towel that I’d picked up for a couple of pounds I wouldn’t have expected much but a combination of the rave reviews and persistent advertising leads me to the conclusion that it is simply overpriced rubbish.
Be wary of the ads folks and the fact this company doesn't accept Facebook reviews.

Towels are a god send after the bath
I recently bought a pink microfibre towel for my puppy and it is a god send. Perfect for after the bath as it absorbs the water so quick! It is super easy to wash and maintains the colour and doesn't shrink. Would definitely recommend!

Problem sorted satisfactorily
I had a problem with faulty material on a towel I bought. It took a while but I'm pleased to say that the company sorted it out and replaced it with follow up emails to make sure I was happy with both the items and their service.
My daughter is delighted with the towels. Having a springer spaniel it is always in the water so uses a lot of towels.
