My brother and his cat were relocating to Northern Ireland from London. It was a nightmare trying to find transport for them over the ferry until we found Paws Pet Travel. Very quick to respond and communication was always clear, purposeful, and timely. The car was really clean, service was excellent, driver was friendly and adaptable to road conditions (so much so, the cohort arrived earlier than anticipated despite a car accident blocking the motorway!). Updates were given during the journey too, so I felt at ease.
Would definitely recommend, worth the money to make sure the whole family could start a new chapter together.

Paws pet travel is one of the best transport services I have used. Helping me bring my two dogs from Paris to London via the euro tunnel, it was smooth easy and my dogs could stretch their legs and rest. Will be using their service every time!

Lynda went above and beyond to arrange short notice transport of my nephew’s cat. Everything was handled with impeccable efficiency and professionalism. She even called a couple of days later to check that the cat had settled well. I cannot thank her and the transport team enough. Paws Pet Travel deserves every one of their five stars.

Lynda was super, responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions. The process was super easy and the transport itself went so smoothly both myself and my kitty slept for the whole ride :) Special shout out to Tariq our driver who made us feel safe, at ease, and got us to our destination in record time. Nearly 7 years ago, Lynda moved our Ridgeback Lulu from Paris to London and we felt so comfortable with the quality of care and service. We have just moved back to France, and we went straight to Lynda to take Lulu to us. Our vet managed to mess up the paperwork, but Lynda was able to sort it quickly and efficiently, understanding how anxious we were about it all. Moving is stressful enough. Bringing an animal compounds that stress, but we were so relaxed and trusting of Lynda and the lovely driver. They gave frequent updates all along the route, as well. Very professional, very kind and caring. Don't look anywhere else.

Travelled with them with two cats from Paris to Oxford. We had a very good experience. They were well organized, everything was smooth sailing.
The driver, Tariq, was both very helpful (the guidance on the phone right as we landed, the border paperwork & scanning, the smooth drive) and a great chat!

We had to book Paws Pet Travel at very late notice because our travel plans had been forcibly changed by the airline and a different pet taxi had not been able to accommodate us. Immediately, Lynda was helpful, cheerful, and very flexible with helping us rearrange our travel. She kept us updated regularly over WhatsApp and took excellent care of our cat, Noodle. I couldn't recommend her and Paws Pet Travel highly enough!
