Our experience with Paws Pet Travel was AMAZING. The drive from Paris to the UK was easily the least stressful segment of our journey from the US thanks to our fantastic driver, Matt. The drive was smooth and Matt helped us navigate through each of the checkpoints, advising which documents were going to be needed at each stop as we approached the pet check in and border patrol. We also had the opportunity to stretch our legs and grab lunch in the Flexiplus lounge before boarding LeShuttle, which was a nice break after our long flight.

Lynda, who helped coordinate our trip with Paws Pet Travel was brilliant as well. In the few days leading up to our trip, we had some delays receiving the travel certificates for our cats and I reached out to inquire about their rescheduling policy if our travel ended up being delayed. Lynda was very understanding and flexible, and said that as long as we gave them about a day’s notice if we weren’t going to make our original travel date they would be able to reschedule our trip and only charge the difference in price for the LeShuttle ticket if applicable.

Lynda and Tariq could not have been more incredible. I was rescuing a dog from Romania who happened to be in foster care in Kent whilst I live way up north in Scotland! Within less than 24 hours they had my pup, Margot, in my arms! Their communication was incredible, sharing location for the whole journey, they did exactly as asked for our nervous pup, and have since messaged for updates which shows how much they care for animals. Will use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone!

And thank you to my wonderful driver Tarek who was very positive and reassuring even though it was very early in the morning! We had an absolutely great experience with Linda.

We'd been in touch with her a week previously, but had to change our travel plans.

I phoned her on Oct 18th to confirm our new preferred travel date, and said we'd like to get back to the UK that day (Oct 18th) if possible, and Linda got on with booking Le Shuttle slots straight away, she called me back within 30 minutes and messaged me on WhatsApp to inform me it was all booked and she was already on her way to Le Shuttle in Folkestone, and another message to say she was just leaving Folkestone.

She was soon in Calais where she picked us up outside Calais Ville train station, and she was a really lovely lady right from first meeting her there. As requested, she booked the Flexiplus ticket for us, which was well worth the money as we got to use the exclusive lounge before our Channel crossing, where we could help ourselves to any of the delicious food and drinks there, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Linda was a very good driver and great with our cat (Bouncer), we had very good chat and a laugh with her all the way back to Folkestone, and then she drove us to our home in Ramsgate.

She's a very caring animal lover who has 3 rescue dogs of her own, and has a lot of knowledge regarding animal care and animal rights etc. she's not just a taxi driver, she much more than that, and for all the reasons above, she deserves the 5 stars that we give her, and would absolutely use her again for any travel needs for our cat.

Linda is very approachable helpful and good with humans as well as the animals, she looked after my husband very well as a passenger. Needless to say brilliant with the beasts !!!!

Great service, all the way from the start to the end. Travelled from Paris (Orly) to Bristol. My experience was amazing from the moment I spoke with Linda. She is a lovely person, super helpful answering all the questions and making sure that everything was ok. Tariq was an excellent driver, friendly,very attentive and careful throughout the long drive. I felt safe the whole time, knowing he was alert and focused. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our journey from Turkey through Paris, England, and Belfast was an unforgettable experience, all thanks to the incredible planning and attention to detail by dear Linda. She took care of every aspect—ferry transfers, hotel accommodations, and all the logistics—making everything smooth and stress-free. The trip itself was comfortable and enjoyable, but what truly made it special was having Linda by our side as a wonderful travel companion. Her warmth and thoughtfulness turned this adventure into a memory we will cherish forever.

It was very hard to find a company to bring my dog and I to Italy from London, but since I found PPT 2 years ago I never looked back. Every time I travelled with them the communication has always been great and I felt Winnie and I were travelling with family. Really recommend!

It took me a long time to figure out the best way to get my three cats safely from the Czech Republic to the Highlands of Scotland. The Channel crossing was the part I was most worried about. What can I say, other than Lynda made it seamless. She kept in touch with me in the days prior to pick-up, setting my mind at ease about what to expect at Pet Reception and during the journey itself. Lynda was flexible on the day and managed to get us on an earlier train after we made better-than-expected progress on the road to Calais. That meant we didn't have to hang around in a car, and could start the journey north on the other side a bit earlier. Lynda's love of animals means she understands the worries of pet parents and how stressful travelling with a pet (or three in my case) can be. Paws Pet Travel also complies with the strictest insurance requirements for transporting pets in their vehicles. I hope I never have to undertake such an arduous journey with my cats again, but if I do, I know exactly who I will be calling to get us there safely.

From the moment I reached out to Paws Pet Travel, everyone was immensely responsive and helpful. I hired them to drive me and my cat, Hendricks, from Paris to Bristol after a long flight from the US. Our driver, Matt, made sure I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way, picked us up right on time with no issue, and ensured our nearly 7 hour-long journey was as comfortable as possible. I’d recommend their services to anyone looking to relocate a pet!

I used Paws Pet Travel service to go with my dog and cat from Paris to London. From my first conversation with Linda I knew I was in good hands and was assured the travel would go smoothly. Matt met me at the airport and was in contact with me as soon as I landed. We got home safely while the entire team made sure we are hydrated and equipped with snacks ( also those on four ). If you need to travel with your pets, don’t think twice, this team will make sure you can do it with ease.

Recently relocated from France to the UK and needed door to door transportation for my dog Billy. I browsed the internet and found Paws Pet Travel. So pleased that I did. Excellent professional service and guided me through all the requirements I needed to transport my pet. Lynda was wonderful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paws Pet Travel and indeed already have to a friend wishing to do the same as I have done.

Phenomenal service, I couldn’t ask for anything better! We scheduled a transfer from Paris to London with our cat. We had to delay our original trip by several hours due to missing our flight and it was no problem at all. The driver greeted us at the terminal and was very sociable and lovely. The ride was smooth and on time. The driver handled all the necessary steps with the border control on both sides (do make sure you have all the required paperwork for your pet!) she was very helpful and friendly and even brought us snacks and drinks for the long ride. I recommend Paws Pet Travel wholeheartedly!!!

I have moved long-distance twice with The Pet Paws Travel Company, and both experiences were excellent. Both Lynda and Matt treated our pets with respect and care, and they were very friendly with us, as well. We appreciated how roomy and comfortable their vans were, and were grateful that they allowed us to go along for the ride with our pets, so we didn’t have to separate during those stressful times.
