Congratulations to Pet Paws and especially to Matt and Lisa for providing a service way beyond my expectations. I needed to transport my bearded collie Harvey and myself from London to Nice in the south of France and couldn’t do the drive myself. I first spoke to Lisa on the phone and was immediately at ease. The organisation was effortless with all of the focus on what would be best for Harvey.
It’s a long way. 17 hours door to door.
Pick up at 7am in London on time and straight to Dover. Going through the pet control point, where Matt was greeted like an old friend took minutes.
12.5 hours later with a few stops Harvey and I were dropped off. What a luxury. Relaxed, rested and not one iota of stress this is the only way to travel with a pet.

Had to take my golden retriever to an animal hospital quite a long way from home. Lynda, my driver, made the journey as comfortable and easy as it could be. She was very helpful and showed great kindness to my dog.

Matt and Lisa transported our two cats from West Sussex to Scotland for us. From initial contact to safe delivery of the boys the service was excellent.

Lynda, Richard and Lisa went above and beyond helping me and my dog to get back to the UK. The communication was swift and professional and they kept me constantly updated, providing me with much-needed peace of mind while planning the trip as well as during it, especially as we had quite an early flight to Brussels. 10/10 would use their services again.

Not only is Lynda a true animal lover, but she is kind, considerate and friendly, going out of her way to help her client but always putting the animals and their welfare first.
I have used Paws Pet Travel on a few occasions for animals arriving in Amsterdam after long haul flights from the Middle East and being delivered to their final destinations in the UK. Lynda, as the driver, was always at the airport well before time to meet the incoming plane, she took control as soon as the animals were wheeled through customs and she made them comfortable in her van. Chicken and treats were on hand, as was a long welcome drink for those that needed it, before the first pit stop to stretch legs and briefly and safely examine new surroundings.
Lynda kept me informed all the way, stopping to update progress and to tell me how the animals were coping – invariably sleeping snuggly and feeling secure and cared for.
I highly recommend Lynda and Paws Pet Travel and will certainly be calling on her again in the future.

Such a fantastic pet service transport company!!! Lynda was absolutely amazing with our journey and helping transport our dog Levi. Also Lisa was so wonderful for assisting me with organizing our journey.

Confirmed real person here! I used this service to transport my two cats to London last week because we didn’t want to fly them in cargo. I was definitely nervous using any service since I’m from the US and don’t know friends who had used it but this service worked out great. They were very communicative, kind, friendly and flexible to do everything in their power to make it a great trip. Would recommend to my own friends or family for sure.

I just moved with my cat from the US to London (flying into Paris) and needed transport from Paris to London. Lynda and the team at Paws Pet Travel were incredibly helpful - easy booking, great communication, on time, and very kind and friendly to me and my cat. They also knew exactly what to do with customs and border crossing. Moving, especially with a pet, can be a stressful process, and Paws Pet Travel really helped relieve the stress for this part of the journey. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs pet transport.

The company made it possible for us to move exactly according to the schedule we had booked. The driver also had a lot of experience and was able to move without wasting time. We had a lot of luggage, so the vehicle was prepared accordingly. The vehicle was comfortable. I was very worried before leaving, but I want to use it again. Thanks a lot to Lisa and Mo :)

Paws Pet Travel got us out of a sticky situation when the cab company we'd booked on the Calais side let us down. Special thanks to Lisa for organising a very last minute journey for us from Calais to Ashford. Kawa, our driver was an absolute star, it couldn't have gone any better.

After trying other dog taxi companies, I will definitely repeat and recommend Pawspettravel!
Service was outstanding, 10/10.
Lynda was so friendly and entertaining all the way to London! We travelled with our two dachshunds and they were taken care off as kings (lots of treatos were given!!), Lynda really loves animals and makes sure they have everything they need. We were able to take our dogs out of the carrier in the car and Lynda made sure we could stop for them to go do their business.

Lynda is know by everyone in the pet check and eurotunnel and receives the best indications and shortcuts!
She also shares advice relative to dog papers!

Lynda was also super helpful with the train connections (we were dropped off at Folkstone) and she helped us unload the vehicle in no time so that we could board the train in time.

We will be booking all our returns to London with her.

The experience is 10/10!

we booked the trip from Paris to London and along the way found several document issues that needed to be sorted and Lynda was there all this time! she was guiding an supporting and tolerating my 50 questions per day :).
at the end we had an amazing, really pleasant ride with my cat, a lot of luggage and the cutest passenger Whiskey (little dog).

Lynda and Richard were amazing. We took our small dog all the way from Paris CDG to Leicester with Pawspettravel. We had a major (non-dog related) issue at the boarder and consequently our Chunnel cross was held up by three hours. Lynda was very supportive and waited with us until we were cleared to continue. Moreover, Richard, who drove us from Folkstone to Leicester, was also very understanding and rearranged his schedule so that he could still drive us up to Leicester.

Lynda seemed to be well-known at the Pet Reception centre and understood the whole process. This definitely helped to settle my nerves.

I also want to mention that both Lynda and Richard seem to be big pet lovers. Throughout our delay at the boarder Lynda was worrying about being late home for her dogs' evening walk. Richard also told me many stories about his rescue dogs.

From the start I had a wonderful experience. I had issues with the payment link so Linda responded immediately with another option for payment and held my spot while I figured it out. I had some issues with my pets health certificates and Linda was willing to move my pickup date if needed. Thankfully everything went as planned and Kawa picked me up right on time! He was so friendly and even had an extra coffee for me since I just walked off an overnight international flight! He was so professional and kind, and didn’t care that I fell asleep during most of the car ride! I highly recommend this company and if you can ask for a driver ask for Kawa!

Excellent, seamless travel from France to UK. I would highly recommend them over any other pet transport service.

The company contacted me a day before the scheduled trip to introduce the driver and let me know all the arrangements. On the date of travel the driver was always in contact with me and replied quickly to any queries. When I was ready for pick-up he arrived promptly. The car was clean and more than sufficient for my requirements. The trip itself was very smooth and the driver’s experience with transporting pets made the whole journey a lot easier. The driver, Matt, was very friendly and made the whole trip more pleasant; he even paid for my sandwich when the service station wouldn’t accept my cash! Overall, a great service, would recommend.
