I ordered a gps dog collar on the website nearly two weeks ago and I have not received it I have been trying to get in touch with them I have left several emails and I just get no reply I would think twice of you are going to order the gps dog collar it’s a scam clearly however the pet tag arrived that I ordered and seems ok just don’t bother ordering the collar the customer service is appalling

Pretty good tag only sucky thing is that it’s really hard to contact them

We had to give my pet away so I filled in the cancellation form. They then charged me despite filling this out and so I emailed them, they stated they will refund me and cancel the charge, but they proceeded to charge me for another two months! Only reason I was able to successfully charge and get my refund was because I raised this with Amex who sorted the issue on my behalf.

Worst customer service , don not use , not worth it .

The product was broken before I opened it. Got it to stay together long enough to put on the dog and it fell start and battery n little button fell out. Will not stay together. I want my $75 odd dollars i paid for it back. Its crap and eont stay clipped together to work

A good concept but it's so hard to cancel. I sent many emails asking how to cancel, I got an auto response saying someone would get back to me. Months go by, sent more emails, still nothing. No way to cancel on the website, so it renews and of course after that they respond, but I have to fill out a request form to cancel?? Seriously is a modern day scam. Get with the times, every legitimate company allows you to cancel or even pause a subscription easily! Just avoid this company there is no customer service and they make it so difficult to cancel simply because they don't want you to. I will be processing a charge back. AVOID!!
