I cancelled my subscription because the tag just kept saying my dog was at home?
So far i was deducted a year subscription after I requested a cancellation, they emailed me to say it’s cancelled but to date I have no refund!!!!! Not very happy!!!!

Awful brand/company. Seems like I'm having the same problem as many others, have tried to cancel my plan 4 or 5 times and had no response. The QR code isn't even active anymore and I'm still being charged for it. And the payment this month has increased without my knowledge.

Great item, got 3 dogs , just hope that it doesn't have to be used , but there just incase

Somewhat impossible to cancel. I have tried several times to cancel to either be ignored or informed that i have to send the tags in. I even said charge me for the tags and then please cancel my subscription. Look at the reviews, you won't be able to cancel. Please let me cancel!!!!!

Absolutely 💯 safe and effective best thing since sliced bread and it's well worth paying $5 a month for the application subscription as your fur babies are priceless great for cat's too. Enjoy 😉

Lost our tag,paid for another one,we have a year subscription at £19.99 but no tag.I have sent several emails but no response and no tag.very disappointing and feel scammed

Will not cancel your subscription and ignore and emails. No phone number. DO NOT USE THEM. My dog died and I cannot cancel the subscription we are on email 52. It’s a scam company

I tried to cancel my subscription 12 times over the past 5 months...paw tag continue to take money out of my account.
Problem with tag it has a flimsy wire to attach to collar which broke off..cannot retrieve it as ..u cannot get a accurate location of it...simply put This paw tag DOES NOT WORK..
I since have no pet either.
This is the worst company to deal with.

Signed up to this company .They started to take 1.99 a month then increased to 4.99 per month without informing me .No proper customer service Hard to cancel .Would not recommend .Avoid

The feeling of knowing my Lady is registered with PawTag and can be easily and quickly returned to me is wonderful. The tag is easy to register and easy to add to collar or harness. Lady has never wandered off before in the last 12 years but now a little bit of dementia seems to be setting in, which is a big worry for me. PawTag helps alleviate some of thios worry

Really difficult to cancel, and when I thought I had, they continued to charge me for another 5 months.
Also, the tags are easily scuffed and scratched when on a collar next to other items. When I raised this with them they denied there was an issue saying they were “coated and hard wearing”. They did however send me a new tag.

UPDATE:
Despite saying they would cancel the subscription at the second time of asking we have just discovered we have continued to be charged for another 2 months.
We’ve had to cancel the payment from the bank.
Still no reply to emails requesting a refund of the payments taken after cancelling.

Excellent my son took my dog out and decided to try the tag to see if worked and did as he didn’t believe me till I sent screenshots of instant messages and he was amazed value for money all I can say is I now know my dog will be found and returned instantly xx

I love the fact that when I walk my Staffordshire BT Baxter I have piece of mind if we ever got separated or he got lost whilst out on our daily walks i at least have hope that someone would use the QR code and get him back home to me! 👌

The pawtag didn't get delivered the first time so I had to reorder it then when It did arrive it wouldn't fit onto my dogs collar I have a husky and she wears a Juliusk9 collar which the metal loop where the lead goes is too thick for the paw tag so I left it I've ended up losing it, I tried cancelling my subscription but without the pawtag being returned you can't cancel so I'm paying 2.99 a month which I wasn't aware it had changed from 2.49 a month for something I can't use so 2 stars one for them helping me reorder it when it wasnt delivered and second for them actually replying to the emails even though it wasn't helpful at all so if you have a big dog that uses a thick collar I wouldn't reccomend

The service is good but the tags dint last more than a few months because they are made of the softest metal known to man and fall apart so quickly...then they expect you to pay for new ones after a few months... so no thanks, would rather have the old type with you details in
