Great service, great item. Has slowed my greedy little pug from inhaling his food!

Fast delivery with easy transaction, worth every penny as my boy has recently had surgery for cystine crystals, my vet said he needs to drink more water but his original bowl was small and round and being partially flat faced his whole head went in the bowl and he never seemed to drink much, so we purchased the stainless steel water trough and OMG he is drinking sooo much more water which is fantastic, highly recommend these bowls for flat faced breeds, this is the second one we have purchased we have one for his food too, peace of mind outways price for me

I have bought an Extra Fluff Trough Feet (4 pieces) at 5.95€ with 9.95€ of shipping for a total of 15.90€.
I have received an email of French Post to pay customs fees...... 12€!!!!
So I don't want to give 12€ to our government, so I lost all my order.

No more chasing his food bowl around the floor! Buddy will soon be 13, last year he was diagnosed with diabetes and has now lost his sight. The Fluff Trough is a game changer, great quality and very sturdy. The raised height has made it so much easier for him to eat and drink, and has really helped with his digestion. Massive thanks to the Pugly Co and to Pawtion for stocking this great product in the UK.

Amazing food bowls. I now have 5 with a slow feeder and a lick mat. I haven’t tried the lick mat out yet. But if like the bowls we will not be disappointed. Delivery super fast too.

Very helpful and responsive, I had a few issues with customs but the Pawtion team went out of their way to resolve the issue.

I made a mistake when ordering and emailed Pawtion straight away, they emailed back within 24 hours and the mistake was rectified immediately.
