Hi! I’m Payal Khanchandani, Founder of Fitness Mania Studio and a Weight Release Mentor for Midlife Women. For over a decade, I’ve helped women transform their health through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. I began my journey in 2012 by creating Fitness Mania Studio — one of the first all-women’s fitness spaces in Mumbai — to help women release physical tension, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies. Over the years, I realized that most women in their 40s and 50s weren’t struggling because of lack of discipline or diet knowledge. They were struggling because their nervous systems were in survival mode — overwhelmed by hormonal shifts, chronic stress, emotional load, and exhaustion. That realization changed everything. Today, I help women 40+ release stubborn midlife weight — not through punishment, starvation, or extreme workouts — but by creating safety in the body through nervous-system regulation, hormone balance, and emotional healing. I attended the MBT webinar for a short time but whatever I heard on sleep and stress was quite useful. It was important for me to hear this from someone experienced and energetic like Payal and motivated me to continue to work on these issues for myself. The slides of the webinar were clear and just right ..not too text heavy. Great going.
