I’m relatively new to Payhip, but found very quickly that it’s a great resource for people entering the online business with their digital products. They have a variety of page templates and getting started is pretty easy. When I make a sale, I’m informed right away when the sale is made, who bought it and when they downloaded it. The payment process is efficient and easy. Overall, I’m pleased with Payhip and I expect that I’ll be adding more digital products soon.

I have requested information on 3 different occassions and received answers the same day.
I have found their support to be above anyone else such as Gumroad.
Anyone wanting to build a business with digital content will be well served on Payhip.

Payhip will not sell PLRs through its service. I didnt realize this until I had everything set up and working. They should have been clear from the beginning.

I did find it after the fact in their terms. So I'm adjusting this rating accordingly.

Payhip is a great site for anyone wanting to start their own online business, to sell products without the monthly subscription costs that many of the other sites charge. You pay a small % per sale, so until you make regular sales, there's no upfront costs! There are tons of easy-to-follow help videos and tutorials. But the customer service and tech support are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Kim really helped me set up everything and answered lots of query questions. Its a 5***** company!

It's a great platform for startups because of the low cost of entry. It offers such a range of functions, that it can be tricky to find what you want - but the help functions and support are very good. If starting up, I would recommend spending some time learning your way around. Overall - it's a fantastic service.

I’m a new seller on Payhip. I received a €183 payment on June 26th (Order ID: xGaq7DoZGD), which is marked as “Paid” on the platform. However, the funds have not been transferred to my verified PayPal account.

I have contacted Payhip support multiple times and received vague answers at first, then no reply at all — even after a formal request.

This delay is unacceptable. I now ask Payhip to release the funds immediately or explain what’s going on.

If there is a reason for the hold, it must be communicated transparently. Otherwise, I will escalate further.

I'm still fairly new to using Payhip and have two stores on their platform. What I most like about them is that you can set up your store with no upfront costs. You just pay 5% commission to Payhip on sales. So it's great for beginners.

You can build blogs on their platform and custom pages. On one of my stores, I have set up my own Ebook products, where Payhip handles the UK and EU VAT. (As a comparison, on Amazon's KDP system you'd be paying them 30% on sales instead of 5%, and only if you price your Ebooks below $10.)

On my Ebook store I use blogs to generate affiliate sales too, even though they are written with the purpose of attracting traffic to the store.

I am also using custom pages as the entry point to a funnel for growing an email list - with a giveaway of a free Ebook, also hosted ("secretly") on Payhip.

I highly recommend Payhip, especially for the VAT handling, but also the flexibility to make lots of different product types (though I only use Digital Products on there); to attract search engine traffic via blog posts; and the ability to make attractive landing pages for email funnels.

(The only cost for me was buying a custom domain name and using that for my Payhip store - which is also free to do, unlike some other platforms that charge a hefty fee on top!)
