I was searching for an affordable all-in-one platform where I could build a website, create and host courses, and grow a community. After comparing several options, I chose Payhip and I’m glad I did. My website was setup, but I hit a snag when my domain was pending an SSL certificate. I was initially concerned about only having access to email support, but Catherine from the support team responded within a couple of hours and clearly explained the steps I needed to take. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and now I’m excited to move forward and launch my shop! 👍

Payhip is not a big company but I really appreciate how dedicated they are to their customers. I often use their 'Chat' feature to ask a question and they ALWAYS take the time to read and understand the question and then send an appropriate answer to assist with any problem. Thank you Payhip!

I moved from Shopify to Payhip for my digital pattern sales and couldn't be happier. One of my biggest concerns was that all of the old product links I had posted, pinned and shared on my social media platforms over the years would no longer work. Thanks to Payhip's outstanding customer service the transition was virtually seamless. They redirected the old links to the new ones in less than a week and have responded quickly to every question I had as I made the switch. I should have made the switch sooner!

The platform is great. Simple, intuitive, and extremely feature-rich and powerful. I had a slight issue connecting my domain (turned out to be due to a misconfiguration on my part). I logged this issue with support and had comprehensive instructions within a day.

I have few products on this platform for about an year now. It's very easy to find anything you need, help is available fast enough. I'm pleased about Payhip and the way the functionalities are designed.

I love Payhip as it is very convenient and easy to operate my online store. Transactions are completed almost instantly, which keeps customers happy and sales flowing smoothly.
That said, I’ve encountered a couple of setbacks around seller protection. One time, a customer disputed a purchase after downloading my digital product; despite providing evidence that the download had already occurred, the funds were refunded and I was still charged the associated fees. More recently, I discovered two unauthorized Payhip stores offering my content without permission. I’ve reached out to Payhip’s support team multiple times seeking assistance, but have yet to receive any response.

A super adaptable platform with very reasonable fees. Advice is readily available via email. Thanks Kim for your help, and many thanks also to Catherine for her advice on bundling. Once used to the facilities, it became a smooth process to set up. Very pleased I decided to go with Payhip.

Nightmare of a payment gateway, they have refunded all the payments at the end of the monthly subscriptions, making me lose thousands of €.

Stay as far away as possible and DON'T TRUST them!

I run my store on Payhip, and I wish I had used them sooner. The interface is easy to use, so setting up my store was a breeze. In addition, the customer service help is top notch. They have a great Help section, but if I'm stuck and need additional help, I can send an email and someone responds within 24 hours and they resolve my problem within one email. No back and forth. I can't say enough good things about Payhip.

Payhip has a wider variety of features than their competitors and the support staff is also communicative and helpful.

Payhip beats its competition hands down. It looks great, it's easy to use, it's cost effective, and has excellent service. What's not to love?

I first used Payhip six years ago, got lured to other websites and stores but have ultimately returned because it has everything I need and value.

I am seriously tech challenged but have set up a website through Payhip and ANY time I send an email they get back to me by the next day (I’m in the US) and are always helpful!

Payhip is a great platform. It is so easy to navigate, and you can be up and running in just a few minutes. If you need any assistance, they are right there, ready to help guide you through. The store you can easily build looks great. I can't say enough about Payhip; it's an awesome platform.
