Ticket Refunded when I couldn’t attend concert.
Months ago I purchased a ticket for an Andre Rieu concert in Amsterdam as I thought I’d be in NL visiting my family in Den Haag. They since advised they’d be away at that time so I moved my trip to a date they’d be in DH. This meant I couldn’t go to the concert. I thought I’d have to lose my money but I contacted PayLogic and explained why I couldn’t go and they refunded my ticket. I was incredibly grateful and really appreciate their flexibility. Customer Service delay
I bought a ticket for a festival and selected to pay with an installment plan.
The fifth and last payment attempt failed and I received a link from Paylogic to try to make a manual payment. However, the link is not available, they don’t reply the e-mails, don’t provide any phone number and there is no other way to try to make the payment. Until the payment is concluded, I’m not able to receive my tickets.
Quite frustrating!
Update (5/11): Elizabeth, from Customer service team, did reply with a kind email this morning with a new link, so I was able to pay and receive my tickets! I am now happy with the outcome and relieved.

Helpful and friendly customer service
I contacted paylogic.com to request a refund for 2 tickets. I originally bought 4 tickets, but my wife and I are unable to attend the show due to her getting pregnant. I explained the situation and they were very helpful and understanding to refund two of the four tickets.

By me, for wrong concert booked tickets
Paylogic was very helpful in getting it corrected. They took their role as intermedia and got the seller to agree on reimbursing the costs for the incorrect tickets if I would buy the correct tickets for the same or higher amount. So I did.
The email communication was clear and efficient.

Never received my ticket, Paylogic doesn't respond
I bought a ticket for Glory 104, never received it. There is no way to contact them directly. You need to fill in webforms and click links to provide your e-mailadres so they contact you back. Guess what? They never do.

Corrected my Mistake in 10 Minutes
