Great experience with the customer…
Great experience with the customer service. The person that helped me was called Horatio. When I had some issues with an order, he or she immediately helped me out. I was also scared that the wrong email might cause issues because that person could re-sell it. But Horatio made sure to send a new barcode. Loved it!

Lack of real solutions for costumers
The proposed refund solution is not convenient for me. I contacted you right after buying the ticket, so I don't understand why there is a refund fee not reimbursable, and why I'm losing money when I reached out less than 12 hours after doing the purchase. Neither the event organization or paylogic have a good policys on those cases.

Seats were changed without my consent…
Seats were changed without my consent and i was moved to another section. I didn’t receive the option of refund, only suggestion that i could try to resell my tickets of i don’t like them. Miserable service. Very disappointing .

Personalising tickets
I asked Stacey to help me personalise my tickets as it wouldn't allow me to do all of them myself and the tickets were for family, some too young to have emails. All sorted in minutes, literally stress free!

I asked them to change one of my tickets because I ordered two tickets for the same date for Belle and Sebastian, though i wanted tickets for two different dates. They answered promptly with the steps to do it and refunded my payment the same day.Thank you Freya!

I asked them to change my tickets to another ones because I ordered the wrong ones. They answered the day after with the steps to do it and refunded my payment the same day, they told me that in 5 working days I will have the refunded amount in my bank account. Very useful and fast.

Oversold event with poor organization
Oversold event with poor organization. No clear communication on entrance rules or times via email or platform, which left me unable to access the venue despite having a valid ticket. The lack of transparency and planning created chaos and excluded many paying attendees. Overselling beyond venue capacity is an irresponsible and exploitative practice. Extremely disappointing experience with no accountability shown so far.

Scam
Scam, Paylogic is enabling scams and not willing to provide any support. Be aware not to buy tickets as resellers will scam you and Paylogic will not help you.
Paylogic did reply but as well enabled buyers to sell further tickets via their email which than appears like legit sale which suddenly is not! So if you wanted to prevent such scams you would not allow reseller to use your email Paylogic to scam others. If you wanted to protect others than those could sell it only via their private emails . Here it was sold and forwarded to me via your Paylogic email so you are facilitating such scams and do not care what happened after or you are protecting people to be scamed, as sale was done via Paylogic email not on the street or via private email. Lack of any protection means you are participating and allowing this!
