Excellent experience with Dawn Courtney following a call to cancel my policy and inform Payment Shield that it was a policy that should ended over a year ago. Before I even tried to request a refund I was in informed that I just send to submit the required evidence and I would refunded. I spoke to Daniel Wilcox this afternoon and he was very polite and professional. I asked a lot of questions as I'm usually skeptical towards phonecalls like this and Daniel was extremely patient and knew the products very well. Excellent customer service. Hopefully wont need to claim.

I spoke to Mark Eustace today o explore the possibilities of reviewing the my monthly premium in exchange for higher excesses. We explored a range of different options. He was very clear, extremely knowledgeable and highly articulate. He has excellent inter-personal skills and it was a pleasure to talk to him. The first man I spoke with who transferred me to him was also excellent and thoroughly professional.

Stay well clear. No comunications. Premiums go up and up with out notification. First time i ever needed to claim in 11 years on the house insurance the policy said that the mechanisms in the locks were covered up to £1000 they refused to pay our said it was wear and tear. I canceled same day. Do yourself a favour and use somwone else.
