Awful service from Andy Campbell
Awful service from Andy Campbell. He came and done absolutely nothing! He's very fast and this is why he doesn't do the job. Still no heating and hot water after being told there was no faults. Also the receptionist jan is another poor trained staff member with the worst attitude. Avoid this poor company!!

Cannot complain
I did not have to deal with Paynes directly as my insurance policy was with HomeServe. But they sent an engineer to install a new boiler and he turned up on time and did the job in the given timeframe.

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. I was left with hot water and heating over Christmas. A locum engineer left my pipes open after his visit. The next morning I was meet with a hallway of water. Complained to Paynes because I was now faced with swollen doors and ruined laminate flooring. To be told the leak was an ongoing leak and they were not responsible. The initial call made was actually for a broken down boiler and no leaks present. So how can it be a longstanding leak. Jack didn't have the decency to do a site visit and view the videos of the water leaking. No responsibility taken.

Im appalled at paynes the staff are extremely rude, and the manager never responds to complaints, we have had no heating for a week, we were told fan heaters would be here today 9.30pm no communication from them no heaters I have three people with disabilities in the house and they couldnt careless
