Account deactivated

I tried to link my bank card to the pay pal account and received an error a few times. Afterwards Pay pal deactivated my account for an unknown reason. In general their service is useless in Europe so I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

PayPal's rules and regulations are Trash

PayPal's rules and regulations are terrible, and their customer service has been completely unhelpful.

My employer, Patrick Brai, reported me by falsely claiming that I did not perform the work I was paid for. That is simply not true. The money in question is salary that I worked hard to earn.

Despite providing my side of the story, PayPal seemed to take their side without properly considering the facts. It's extremely frustrating to be treated unfairly when all I want is to receive the payment I rightfully earned.

Because of this experience, I have lost trust in PayPal's services and, starting today, I will no longer be using their platform.

I would give negative stars for the customer service

I would give negative stars if I could. Called customer service due a dispute I filed on a seller who never shipped the items I ordered. Spoke with "Rose" who was very condescending, offered zero help and hung up on me. The amount that was credited back to me on my dispute was 1/4 of the total$ I paid for my items. Rose advised me that I had only requested that amount. I had clicked on each of the 4 items and gave the reason I was disputing each item, I am not sure how I could have entered a dollar amount when each item had a dollar amount assigned to it. I explained this to her a couple times but all she would say is that I need to contact my credit card company and open a dispute with them, "there is nothing I can help you with". Why do I use PayPal if I now need to open a dispute with my CC. I no longer see a reason to have a PayPal account and will be closing it down. I have used PayPal for many years. I have only had to dispute a purchase I did not receive on 1 other occassion several years ago and I had no issues, but this time has been a huge hassle and I have learned that PayPal has Zero customer service. Everything has gone to AI and people who are unwilling to help.

I ws looking at some items on Temu. Everytime I addedan item to the cart, I was charged. Paypal didn't protect me. They allowed them to do that! BEWARE OF PAYPAL! THEY PROTECT THE COMPANIES, NOT THE BUYERS!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience.
After sending documents twice to prove that I'm a coach and work legally for an online platform, they still make fuss to liberate my money, and keep putting restrictions...also to mention this business pays me aroun 100 usd weekly, so we're not talking I should be a person of distrust in terms of the money I'm getting in my paypal. Customer service won't resolve properly. It's just a really problematic platform, not to mention the HIGH FEES the charge you for their shitty service.

Once PayPal was reliable, now Is terribile

Once PayPal was reliable, but now many things changed... Receiving assistance from a hunan Is almost impossibile ...and when It happens, they let you waiting house, and mostly withiout any solution...
Accessing their site of you have more than One account Is not so Easy, the finger print bring you suddenly tò the last account visited,, withiout offering you the possibility tò switch (then you Discovery that if you dont use the finger print but click outsider you can change...but It Is not very intuitive I must Say...now Is more than 30 Min that I'm on a chat as they blocked my account and After chatting with an unuseful bot, a hunan told me She Will be back soon but finally I am still here 😓 moreover at the beginning She started staying "we're glad It's more than 6 years you're with us" and tò thank me they shot down my account 🥹

Paypal protects scammers

Paypal protects scammers, not consumer's. I purchased a product online and it was not the product that they claimed it was, however paypal refused and took the side of the business, stating that it was close enough. This is despite it was supposed to be an organic product was not organic.It was supposed to have specific pieces that were organic,not manmade, material and instead was filled with chemicals, synthetic and plastic.

I made a payment through pay pal the…

I made a payment through pay pal the seller CJPony 1st took 2045,00, which was the correct amount and next day anoter 1020,00, they withdrew twice which I could proof by sending them copy of my account. They say the seller, CJPony did not withdraw twice and closed the case.

BE CAREFULL with CJPony and also their Pay Pall

I bought bitcoin on PayPal

I bought bitcoin on PayPal. Told to wait 48 hours before I can send to my external wallet. After 48 hours and verification of my identity, still unable to send to my wallet. Was told to sell bitcoin and take the money. Or, wait for 7 days and try again, but the outcome may be the same. I sold the bitcoin. From start to finish, I lost about $150 in fees. Never buy bitcoin with PayPal, my opinion.

Unprofessional and unreliable.

Started a dispute for a Door Dash order that was missing item, Doordash refused to refund.

I was asked to upload evidence of the missing item? I called PayPal and was told that my claim was filed in the wrong category.

The rep took over and I'm going to file the claim under a different category. (also seems to have added me on social media) Call ends and the case is immediately denied.

Call back, the rep was unprofessional and told me, It was denied due to being filed under the wrong category (again)

I escalated to a manager. The manager had phone issues, I couldn't hear them so, I had to end the call, and they never called me back.

In the past, managers have been very hostile and rerouted my calls to a dead-end line. I'm in the process of seeking legal action against PayPal for other bigger unresolved claims.

PayPal will block your account without…

PayPal will block your account without explanation and keep your money locked for months, so you end up wasting days and many hours every time you try to fix it. It’s a legal form of stealing time. And if you persist in requesting a solution, they may even hang up on you, causing you to waste even more time

PayPal FAILS to Protect Victims of Advanced FraudI

I was a long-time PayPal client, electing to use them for online purchases instead of entering my credit card directly, thinking it would be safer. I’ve learned the hard way that IT IS NOT!I received an email from PayPal notifying me of a transaction, providing me with a phone number to call if I did not authorize it. I immediately signed into my actual PayPal account, saw the unauthorized transaction referenced, and called the number listed. The fraudster identified themselves as the "PayPal Fraud Department." They claimed 50 IP addresses were moving money from my account and said they needed to access it (using TeamViewer) to block them. I feel foolish for falling for it, but the scam was incredibly convincing.Over 50 fraudulent transactions processed through my account before we realized what was happening. Fraudsters were moving money from my bank into PayPal and buying cryptocurrency.I opened an investigation with PayPal, but they denied my claim, stating the transactions were "consistent with my purchase history." However, I have NEVER transferred money from my bank to PayPal, and I have never purchased cryptocurrency on the account, or sent money internationally! I called them again to appeal, provided screenshots and concrete evidence, and they STILL denied my claim of unauthorized transactions for the same reason. They are siding with the fraudsters! If you think PayPal will have your back when your account gets hacked, think again.

What a disgrace is this company

What a disgrace is this company. Holding my money got 120 days. Sent them 30 email to enquiry, no response at all?!!!

Now my account is deactivated. Customer service wont help me. I want my 6000€ back.

Red dots try but don't succeed

PayPal customer support is lethargic at best. Dumb is only dumber. Magnavox smart and throw your head into the 🧱 wall and then only then you can work for PayPal customer support. Brains of steel and in some cases may need oxygen to the thick skulls of stupidity. So bad even the foreigners hulucinate as they talk to customers and then say thorrie. If you hold up a stop 🛑 sign PayPal customer support might think it is red dot on the map. These people are either not trying or have brain damage. PauPal could you up your wage and get English speaking people. Cheap labor is the game but customer service has slid down the ❄️ Snow mountain.If you ask them to be smart then the snow flakes fly in thorrie land
