Account manager contacted us begging to bring more volume with the promise we would get better prices , as soon as volumes increased they frozen our account and they dont tell us the reason , just that its somewhere hidden among their terms of service that they cant tell.

If this would have been explained from the moment of onboarding correctly we would have explained before opening the account that it is not possible and we would have politely declined. Unfortunately this was not shared and we reached this decision now. Thank you for your understanding!

After opening the account
After opening the account, I did some small trial transactions which was processed very fast (~5k EUR).
After this trial, I’ve initiated a bigger deal for 150k EUR, and once funds arrived the account was suspended immediately.
I was fighting with support team for 2.5 weeks, and after this 2.5 weeks they had terminated my account and refused to release blocked funds.
Be careful, don’t use Payset services if you care about your funds.
