It's a pity one cannot award zero stars... Over the years my company has tried/worked with multiple financial services providers who work with banks worldwide and open accounts in foreign currencies, as well as reduce wire transfer fees. These include Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, and PaySet.
While Wise proved to be the uncontested leader when it comes to services, support level, and adequate, quick replies, PaySet is definitely the worst of them all.
Their fees are exorbitant (0.5% for all outgoing payments), they charge the highest monthly fee (~40-50 USD/month), and customer service is nonexistent. It's extremely slow, the replies they produce are bot-like (i.e. useless), and they obviously have zero communication with the banks where they open accounts. We had an incoming payment from a client that was not credited for weeks (!) without any meaningful feedback or explanations from PaySet. Ended up requesting to close the account without using it...
