Excellent service and really responsive.

I had a call today from a lovely lady called Rosa , she was very informative and helpful with getting me started on paystream.

Along with a number and email information to get on board.

On the 17th March I made a request to leave my employer Paystream as I had been offered a permanent position with a different company.
I expected to receive my P45 within around two weeks, but this never arrived. In calling Paystream, apparently they forgot the conversation or chose to ignore me and on calling them back they refused to issue my P45 as I was still employed by them despite resigning weeks earlier. On the 25th March, I spoke to them again, only this time they acknowledged the conversation, but are still refusing to issue my P45. Apparently I have to wait till the end of June to receive a P60, despite the fact I have been employed by them for the six months and they have made a mistake, but of course are refusing to admit this. In the mean time I have been put onto Emergency Tax due to their mistake.
I have been in contact with HMRC and informed them that you refused to issue my P45, they have said you are wrong to do this and they will be in touch.
Paystream seem to be a cowboy outfit, who seem to forget easily and only remember things they want to remember, such as resigning in March and then forgetting the conversation took place. I kind of expected more though I was mistaken. Hopefully they will remember to issue my P60... we'll see?

Just completed my annual review. Great meeting with Emma, everything was clear and easy to understand. There was no hurry and nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was clearly explained. Paystream as always were highly professional.

Clear and constructive communication and advice

The service is always outstanding with Paystream. Always clear and nothing is ever too much trouble. I decided to write this review because Josh was just brilliant on guiding me through my options and ensuring I am best placed to manage my contract.

Talking to sam was very helpful.
He sorted out my queries very quickly.

UPDATE: The reference check was done immediately after I raised a complaint and everything is sorted. Appreciate the team for getting it done.

I have been a loyal contractor with PayStream for two years, but my recent experience regarding a reference request has been appalling. I requested a simple reference check two weeks ago for a new contract, and the process has been a disaster.

They use an automated system called Konfir which is fundamentally flawed; it sends an automated email that cannot receive replies, yet neither PayStream nor Konfir seems to account for this. After waiting five days to learn the automation failed, I requested a manual reference. I am now being told the "timer resets" every time I follow up, which is a ridiculous policy when a start date is looming.

I am now at risk of losing a new contract (following a period of no work) purely due to this delay. Despite calling twice daily, the support staff are unhelpful, offering only to "pass on a message" with no actual callback or resolution. I paid a portion of my day rate for two years expecting professional service, but this is irresponsible and inefficient. I would not recommend PayStream to any contractor.

Consistently exceptional service provided by Mohammad. Demonstrates a very high level of competence, always providing prompt response to any query.

Paystream provide an excellent accountancy service for PSCs. Andrew was my assigned Accountant and he explained the entire PSC accounting process in detail during onboarding. He also setup a separate tax planning session and walked me through several options to optimise my tax affairs. Andrew is extremely helpful and is always available to answer my questions.
