Clear and honest infirmation on the services provided and the hidden costs attached to them.
Customer service was great today with clear and honest informatoon on the hidden costs. However, I realised that the original information on services included was not accurate as they all come with an added cost to service users.

Making our lives so much easier
Luke and Paystream really do make our business accounting lives so much easier. Easy portal to enter our information, timely reminders, and a very thorough and professional end of year call to make sure we're on track and give any advice/info to assist. Paystream are always there with an almost immediate answer to our question. Well worth it - we can get on with our lives and they make sure we're covered.

Mixed experience
General umbrella company services provided very efficiently, response times generally excellent and self assessment preparation is standout good value. Low mark review is because I was mis-sold an add-on service and Paystream refused to honour its terms.
