Very unhappy with the service I've received, I was told this is the fasted way for me to receive my winnings, I have waited over 2 weeks within the 2 companies to release my winnings into my bank account. Scam website.they closed the account with $1900 in it. They kept the money. They used an excuse that Kiwi access cards which are national identity cards were not accepted identification. Do not trust. The other reviews are true they work together with Yukon gold casino to scam you out of money!!!??

Support sucks

I would like to rewrite my complaint. After reading it carefully, deposits can take up to 3 days to be credited. Although I am still waiting, I am still within the timeframe. However, I am rating it 3 out of 5 stars because the service is terribly slow. They have a live chat that is NEVER live, and for support, it takes 24 hours for them to tell you that they will look into it, but it might take 48 hours to resolve an issue that should take only a few hours to resolve. The service is good, but the attention leaves much to be desired.

Payz are bad they could be better I…

Payz are not bad they could be better I am upset because they froze my account when I added my card to make a 1 pence deposit (GBP £0.01) and put the account under review and I had a refund pending on my account but now I can’t get it till they review and open my account up again. Like I said payz is not a bad banking company but please do better and please fix my account asap!!!!!!!!!!!

No payment ever comes instantly every single time I receive payment it’s always being reviewed which is starting to make me suspicious of payz.com I was sent £95 by my boyfriend today and 4 hours later there is no sign of it in my account but yet payz.com says that it supports faster uk payments which is a lie because I keep being asked about normal payments being sent to me. This is unbelievable and ridiculous I want my money credited to my account because the way payz is treating me alongside dozens of other customers needs to be investigated if this keeps carrying on every time a payment is sent into my account

Well I have to thank Payz. I was starting to get a little worried due to the fact my account was locked since around september. But as a fair person the problem has been resolved and i should mention this. Thanks for the quick response time, as i must admit it took just a week to recieve my Funds. AVOID total scam of a business. They will stop EVERY SINGLE incoming transfer off anyone until you have proven what it’s for who it’s off and what plan to do with the transfers. They even done it for a 1p transfer. So if you like to wait days for an instant transfer this is the bank for you.
