My wife bought a pair of one-for-one…
My wife bought a pair of one-for-one shoes at Pazzion website on 24th Dec 2021. The shoes were delivered on 27th Dec 2021 with one defective pair - the sole had given way at the centre which I believe the shoes had been in storage for a prolong period of time. She took photos of them and sent feedback to Pazzion immediately. On 28th Dec 2021, she received an email from Pazzion requesting that she send the defective shoes to any outlet for repair and in the email Pazzion mentioned their shoes have Quality Control and they no longer carries the shoe size of her choice. The box which came with the defective shoes has a thin layer of mould so I do not think there is really any Quality Check. A call to Pazzion did not turn up favourably. We were informed by Mike (e-commerce manager) that he could only offer Store Credit which means we could only re-purchase another new pair. I think it is not an appropriate time to offer Store Credit when the confidence of the customer has been affected. When asked to speak to the boss, Mike informed that he was not able to promise us if the boss would contact us. In the first place Pazzion should not have allowed non Customer Service staff to deal with loyal customers. At this point of writing, we am still waiting and wondering if Pazzion is interested to contact us for a win-win proposal.

Shoes are as per online picture and description. Sizing not an issues since I own many pairs of Pazzion shoes.

I was very impressed with the website…
I was very impressed with the website and choice of shoes they had. I haven’t received my shoes yet but was very impressed with the speed of my order from ordering on Sunday to receiving an email on Monday telling my shoes had been dispatched and would arrive next week. So far so good 👍🏼
