I spent $185 online and bought it on Saturday night expecting express delivery on Sunday, but realized there wasn’t delivery on Sunday. I called the office to check but the staff told me she’s not working and hung up, which was awful customer service. I then checked myself and realized that express delivery isn’t available on weekends. I believe that should’ve been explicitly written on notices to the customer during payment, not just in brackets on the top of the website. Overall, it was an awful experience. The staff that I called did not even know why I didn’t receive my order, meaning she wasn’t clear that express delivery isn’t available on the weekends. She mentioned that she’ll check and get back to me on Monday, and quickly hung up after telling me she doesn’t work on Sunday. It was Pazzion’s official hotline, that was unprofessional. There is a better way to handle situations like that. The tracking service that I received via email also wasn’t working, I couldn’t track my order after keying in my order number. Overall, the experience was awful.
