Ordered a laptop through Best Buy and PC Heaven had it shipped by FedEx without a a signature required and the package was left on my front porch for 8 hours… it was not there when I got home. They are refusing to take responsibility for not sending it with a signature required. I am out $1500.00 and they will not make it right. DO NOT use them
