We needed some hard to find fittings for a sliding garage door and PC Hendersons were able to supply from stock 3 of the items and actually manufactured the third. Great service and they keep you informed as to progress.

Didn't Deliver First Time.
I phoned to ask for a guide for a pocket door. The first person I spoke with said they would send one free of charge. After waiting for a month it never turned up. I phoned again and asked for the same item. This time they said there would be a charge for the part (albeit small). I was happy to pay, that was never the issue. I did have a problem with the delivery charge however, which cost more than the item being purchased. They did process my order the second time around and it arrived promptly.

The delivery charge on the website can seem excessive when it is such a small item, however it is set by postcode area not by product.

The garage door locking mechanism…
The garage door locking mechanism fitted the door perfectly, however the bolt holes (for the arms) were not the same size as the bolts used by the original mechanism and no fresh bolts were supplied with the new one. Additionally, there was no information as to what size bolt was required and your customer help service could not tell me what size bolts are required (or even if they are metric or imperial).

It is disappointing to receive a 3-star review. It was myself that spoke to you and advised I would try to find out the size of the bolts for you, I had not yet had a response from my colleagues in Ireland. The matter had not been closed as far as I was concerned and still have you on my follow up list to get back to you. As discussed on the telephone, the bolts are not supplied as they are not usually required, you use your existing bolts, I did suggest that perhaps the holes on the new lock body supplied had been drilled incorrectly and that if you were unable to resolve the issue we would replace the lock body to see if that rectified the issue. As you can see from the numerous 5-star reviews below referencing garage door spares, customer service is important to us and we pride ourselves on it. Unfortunately we have not made or sold doors since December 2008 so we no longer have the information on the size of every nut and bolt used on the doors. Apologies we were not able to meet your expectations on this occasion.

Instructions and measurements for face-fitting the Husky could be clearer. Installed ok with some modifications needed to the doorframe.
