These things can happen from time to time, we do have QC checks in place but on such high moving items it is impossible to do 100% checks. We did offer to replace free of charge, however you chose to take the refund and keep the part.

Good quality robust products
The products - hinges and tracking rollers for new wooden doors for my garage - look strong and robust and the tracking roller worked perfectly in the old track so I am very pleased with them. Part delivery time was wrong
Part delivery time was given, did not arrive when suggested the delivery was by royal mail and when asked about delay to customer services manager further information was given and delivery took place albeit still with a delay.

Fast Service, worked fine, Instructions missing
New wire and latch were fine, no clear instructions on how to use the 2 eyelet tensioner, ended up using another wire clamp instead from a neighbour. Some instructions would have been useful.

The garage door lock cable and latch are one of the few products we do not supply installation instructions for as in the majority of cases the old one needs to be removed and so the installation process should be just that in reverse. We value your feedback however, and will look at drawing up some instructions for the future.
