Initially taking my pc to Steve because it was running slow
I found him to be very knowledgeable and efficient sorting things
I would definitely recommend him for that personal touch !!

Steve was prepared to come out and connect my scanner program to the computer. It did not take him long but l had tried and gone around in circles. Leave it to the professionals.

Came to my home and realised it couldn’t be fixed. Took it away and it came back 2 days later fixed. Steve was brilliant with constant contact and giving me my options as well as prices. Returned my PC and it’s good as new if not better.

Really happy with PC Kings service and price, we've used them before and will again if needed. Steven was professional, prompt and cost effective. Well worth recommending

A very big thank you to Steven, i found on Google and having trust issues i took a risk and it has well paid off. I have found Steven to be very polite, friendly and trustworthy. I am housebound from cancer and so Steven came round to collect the laptop and within a few days received a phone call to explain what the problem was and will promptly deliver it back. The price is reasonable and has allowed me to make payment in a few days when we receive our benefits. I will sing his praises, reccommend to all and hope Steven does well with his business. There needs to be more people like Steven in the world. It would be nice if i could buy refurbished samsung tablets and phones, fingers crossed.

I have used Ste a couple of times for my cameras he’s always been professional respectful helpful. Explains what it is ge won’t leave till hes happy it’s working the way it should be working. He set them up on my phone too. There was a bit of a problem because the original fitter is no longer in this country a for security reasons we couldn’t get past it but he persevered and we got there.he had to get me a new part an cane back to replace that too I would definitely use Ste and I’ve recommended him to friends and family

Messaged Steven to see if he could assist with problems with my wife's tablet and also update our PC whilst he visited.Within 2 hours Steven arrived and performed both tasks with his expert knowledge and was happy with the outcome of both tasks and would recommend him and shall definitely use his services in the future

Since i got a new broadband provider, my printer would not work. Steve came on time and fixed it' I have had him before, he is an excellent worker, and he really knows his stuff. His prices are very reasonable I would not go anywhere else with my computer problems.

I have used Steve at PC King several times. He has always tried to fit in with the times to suit me which was a bonus. I have no knowledge of computers and he has always been ready to show me without being patronising. His charges l think are good although l don’t shop around as l am more than happy with his service.

Steven is the principal engineer. He has helped me may times and I never consider any alternative. He is friendly cheerful, efficient and absolutely knows his stuff. His speciality is home visits, which really suits me. He gives great value. Strongly recommended.

When having various issues in certain aspects of either the computer or Microsoft applications which in this situation was GMail which has resulted in the application not performing to its full capacity etc.Therefore, I’ve liaised with PC Kings to highlight the problem which was and is generally resolved there and then through a remote session.

Depending on the issue with the computer device there are times that the computer may have to be taken away for repair maintenance Although, the device will be returned within a reasonable timeframe etc.

I strongly recommend PC Kings to anyone who has computer issues being as the service is reasonably priced along with being an efficient service.
