Terrible service. Unprofessional and uncaring
Terrible service. Couldn't care less once they've taken your money.
I signed up last year. I was told that they would maintain a certain schedule of lessons, which matched my availability. As soon as I joined, they cancelled the sessions that I could attend, severely restricting my ability to attend.
I got injured and had to have knee surgery. I asked them if they would put my account on hold. 4 emails I chased them and they've never bothered to reply.
They make no attempt to settle new members in. They're unprofessional and arrogant.
Worst service ever. You'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet and joining a free league on public courts.
