Great Comms throughout the process. Very speedy assembly and very secure delivery procedure... And once unpacked... I was up and running in minutes...

Fast delivery and good feedback throughout the process - you are sent a photo when the build is complete.

When it arrived the GPU card had become loose in transit but support was excellent and we had it working quickly.

Would buy again from here.

I've ordered three computers for my clients, and they all failed within a year.
Their tech support is just a waste of time.

I don't recommend buying anything from this company.

Second time ordering from PC Specialist and the whole experience was great! I have doubts on some components I have pre-purchased to fit on the new built and the support team was very quick to reply with alternative options. Very happy overall

The people at pc specialist are fantastic every time I phone them they can not do enough to help me, being an absolute noob to pc they just spent nearly two hours on the phone with me helping to solve a problem I hade setting up dule screen. It turns out the monitor I have isn't compatible with the TV I wanted to dule screen with, so instead they helped update my entire system, cards/ drivers everything and configure my games and also set up consoles controller to make it so I can play on the main TV with the pc so my wife can watch still. I know it must be difficult when you get someone on the phone asking so many questions and they where so patient and understanding. Bare in mind there was no software/hardware fault they just helped me because they can of Thanks again Ryan

This is my second PC purchase from PCS, my first is still going strong after six gaming years. IMO PCS do a first rate job, from the easy to configure PC build menus, configuration advice, overall build quality and customer service. I would recommend PCS to people like me who don’t want the headache of sourcing each individual component and the building of their own PC.

Honestly, no company is perfect. But these are very close in my experience. Great value, great parts, and amazing after care. I wouldnt use anyone else now. You dont find many company's like this anymore. Ive bought 2 high end PC's from them now. The support you get is fantastic.

Sold me a laptop with a faulty motherboard. The laptop broke down 3 separate times within 1.5 years with minimal use, and they tried to charge me to replace a motherboard which if it wasn't faulty, should be able to last minimum 5 years. Dishonest behaviour

I bought a PC for my daughter at Christmas and haven't had any issues with the build so bought one for myself. Ordered for 1 day delivery on a bank holiday Monday. Keep informed of build and arrived on time. Fantastic service.

Wasn't happy with the build rang to tell them and they was trying to tell me in wrong in the customer not the builder I know what was right or wrong just wasn't happy that apparently the cables was plugged in right but if it was the LCD screen would of been working fine

My custom pc build arrived within excellent time, I was informed when the build was completed and when it was dispatched, all of which was done faster than anticipated. I was also recommended parts during the online building process as I had selected a case too small to house the components and an unnecessarily powerful power supply, intelligently crafted system that it was able to detect those things and offer me a solution. It arrived securely packaged, in perfect condition and it runs smoother than any pc I've ever used. Thank you very much PC Specialist, would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a custom pc built.

I received my new PC last week from PCSPECIALST, I had problems at first with faulty RAM (likely caused during transit) but after a quick phone call both sticks were replaced & received the next day, amazing service!

Since then everything has been working flawlessly. After choosing my parts & confirming my order, i was kept up to date at every stage & even received a sneak peak of my pc after it had been built, this was appreciated. I will be using & highly recommendating PCSpecialist in the future.

I’ve had a really positive experience with PC Specialist and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The price was great, and the whole process, from build to delivery, was impressively quick.

I particularly liked the regular email updates and being able to track my order status in my account. The 360-degree images during the build were a fantastic touch - it was great actually seeing my PC come together, along with updates on each stage and who was working on it.

Delivery was fast, everything was very well packaged, and the setup was incredibly straightforward thanks to the clear instructions provided both in the box and via email. Even someone with limited technical knowledge could follow it easily.

I’ve already recommended PC Specialist to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I have to say although I bought my pc a out 9 months ago the staff were very helpful in decided what I needed the pc to do rather then selling me a pc I didn't need they were very good when I wanted to change some stuff on it and add I would recommend them to anyone

Ordered over a bank holiday weekend and wasn't expecting it to arrive anywhere near as soon as it did. Perfect condition and all the set up guidance was flawless, honestly couldn't have had a better experience!

I could choose the PC and then customise it, adding what I wanted, and then not having to buy things I didn't need. I was kept fully informed over the few days it was being built and it was delivered within the window they indicated. It arrived well protected and is working fine. The spec is as indicated. I still have to transfer a lot of things of course. The updates took a long time! but all is going well.
