Really happy with my PC! The build customisation was really fun to fiddle around with, and once I ordered the team kept me in the loop with updates and pictures of the build. Super service and quality, will definitely buy my next PC here.

Exceptional customer care and communication from start to finish and beyond. I have not used the new laptop much yet but it looks great and so far works perfect. The finance options are a great addition to the purchase allowing customers to get a better product by spreading the costs. I will never shop anywhere else again, 100% satisfied with my purchase. Pc specialists were very helpful in offering further advice on other question I asked. Cannot find any faults. Very happy customer here.

From the configurator to delivery, PC Specialists have proven their professionalism even wih the ever-changing situation in the PC component market.

When you use the configurator, it will prevent you from misconfiguring any part of the PC (from the amount of fans, to graphics card length), it offers the flexibility of choice for your cooling solution. And if things are not clear, I have found the customer service staff always responsive to clear any doubts.

The cable management within the PC was bespoke, and the machine had arrived well packed, well padded, and well sealed. I was surprised at the speed of the testing: I had expected it to be in testing and burn-in for more than 24h, but I have also learned to trust their process. The PC arrived with the UEFI all up to date, which means that the PC would suffer none of the problems with the SoC that had plagued AM5 last year.

Of course, the biggest perk with a service like theirs is the warranty, which is well worth the money for the peace of mind. No chasing after different warranties for different components, all in one place.

A definite recommendation, and I will definiely keep them in mind for any more custom solutions.

Specialist is asbolutely the name I'd dub this company. Product arrived with great packaging and earlier that expected.
The team have done an amazing job with wiring, and really appreciate the box of extra cabling / zip ties for future use.
Everything worked out of the box, reinstalled W11 Pro version and enjoying high performance gaming.

The customisation and design process was excellent. The compatibility check function really eased my mind when I was picking components. The build and delivery times were excellent. A really positive experience all in.

I was very happy with the initial purchase of my PC and with the technical help I had with an issue but it all went wrong when it turned out the supplied monitor was faulty. They initially tried to evade their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act but eventually conceded the issue so the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. In the end Jonathan dealt with with the issue in a very professional manner.
I do think this was an unfortunate glitch, and that the majority of customers would have no cause for complaint.
I have revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars - it would have been 5 if they had dealt with this better right from the start.

I had great experience with that company. Laptop came very quick.. working perfect.. no complaints so far..

I appreciated the attention to detail, such as sending me a 360 pic of the PC as soon as it was built, and keeping me posted throughout the process.

Purchased a PC from them before. That was excellent then and it is still a good PC. My new PC is extremely well built. I opted for a pre-built PC. It was very well put together, extremely tidy cabling, arrived well packaged. The only negative is their chosen courier in Ireland dropped the PC off at my front door and left. I was home at the time but they didnt ring the door bell and left an expensive PC outside and I live on a main road (I reviewed my camera footage). It was 3 hours before I noticed it was outside. It was supposed to be a signature required delivery. Other than that I will use them again.

Better than expected service. Great selection tool, that warns you in as much as possible what is not compatible with eachother. Via email, informed solid advice. Highly recommended. Also pricing is good and fair.

Brilliant pc part selection and they show build also which is very cool definitely will continue with this company when time comes to upgrade
