This is the second time that I have bought a PC/laptop at PCSpecialist. I have a positive feedback with the business. Excellent was the customer service when I was deciding to buy the laptop and when I had a bad experience with the courier. Thank you for all. The laptop is above my expectations both in terms of quality and construction. The only very small observation is the possibility to better consider the driver installation when one wants to install his own OS. Furthermore, I would like to be able to chose a different language of the welcome package when ordering the PC from a Country that is not my place of residence. However, these are small details compared to the quality of your products and services.

They forgot the pack with cables, but I think that was an exception. The rest is working fine, the computer I bought is really like expected, and the components are great.

We order all our company laptops at PCspecialist. They deliver quality products for a very fair price and with great service. From ordering to delivery, it's all great.

I ordered the Ionico 17"laptop and i am very pleased with the result. It's a beautifyful but simple design, the performance are as expected (ver fast) and i was always informed of every progress through e-mail and my PCS account. I highly recommend buying a laptop at PCS!

I've only had my PC for a week and a half, but I can already say that this is an incredible thing, and that it performs just as promised!
It does take a little longer for your PC to be assembled than with some other PC assembly companies (2-3 weeks), but you do get the guarantee that everything is professionally assembled and tested.
You will also receive updates at every step of the PC assembly process, so it doesn't feel like you're being kept in the dark until they finally send you an e-mail saying that it's ready, which is a fun plus.
If I ever plan on buying another PC, it will probably be here again, so I definitely recommend them.

Everything arrived in good condition. It was very easy to setup. From the moment I ordered/paid until the moment I received my computer it took a bit under a month. PS: The office license does not include outlook.

Had this site recommended to me by a friend to buy a PC from. Didn't really do any research but just went for it.
Ordered my PC and had some shipment and part issues that took up a month of my time and would've taken four more weeks to arrive.
After cancelling said order, and remaking a new one with thought out parts and specifics, the build itself was made rather quick and had excellent communication with the staff of PCSpecialist. The customer support was really friendly and helpful with answering my questions.
Now I have the rig running at home and everything functions as it should.
I wasn't aware that a 3080 causes the heat it does, but I am used to equipment that ranges to cheap and doesn't run the games I can run now.

Overall a great computer.
Only minus points I'd give is the selected method of delivery.
For something that could of arrived to my home within 2 days now has been through multiple countries and stops, furthermore making me worried if it was ever going to end up on my doorstep.

I bought a gaming pc for my son, selection process was very intuitive, tailored choices were then confirmed during the testing phase. Despite a first announced delay of delivery, the delay was recovered and the pc ready for shipment on time. Good follow-up via mail with respect to status and quick response to my email inquiry. There was a little hickup with the delivery via FedEx because the item got stuck during transfer for a couple of days, but the pc still arrived on time for xmas. Final mail with some instructions for the installation was also very useful. Very good experience

Very satisfied with the clear communication while waiting for the order. Notifying all the process steps including heavy testing and validation gave confidence that my PC was being assembled by pros and that it would work. And it did.

My PC has the only problem, turns off sometimes, when I'm playing. Anyway it's perfect. I love it. 5☆ 👏

even with having t wait a long time, getting this new PC is definitly worth it.
i already am promoting PCSpecialist to friends if they ever get a new PC.

I ordered a laptop from them one year ago, it arrived with a broken USB-C port. Because I bought it for school I couldn't RMA it until the summer holidays. In the meantime, it has been RMA for more than a month and the conclusion is that it is the cable I used. I have used multiple cables/docks before the return and I had the same problem with all of them. Now the laptop has been there for over a month and they have not yet been able to send it back even though I have been told several times that it would be returned "ASAP". Furthermore, when I try to contact support, I am first on hold for half an hour to an hour if I try to call them, the chat service is just always closed and my email contact happens to be on vacation. My school is already starting again and my laptop is in their lost and found property or so was I told. I think it's really outrageous and they won't do anything to accommodate me.

Waited way to long on the product (more than 3 months). When asking about a status or eta no clear awnser was given. And in the rare case I was given information it was usualy incorrect. When offered a lesser value product as replacement I was not offered any compensation. Furthermore when my pc was being build nobody knew what gpu was actualy being used.
I have a stong feeling pcspecialist has serious internal problems. Also when I was prommised I would get a call from a supervisor to discuss the issues I never got it.
To be honest, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Furthermore the pc arrived damaged as it was not packaged properly(and fedex handeled it realy rough aswell). The front pannel will be repaced but also the GPU is broken and needs to be sent back. I will probably have to wait a long time for a new one.

All in all, realy bad and disapointing.

Happy with purchase. I would have liked an updated motherboard but that was not offered. But still, the service was excellent as was the quick delivery. I'm happy with the purchase and the motherboard (and possibly fast RAM) upgrade has been pushed down couple of years.

Also excited with the AMD GPU offering. As a Linux user and GPU programmer, this is a god-send because most custom PC makers target gamers-only and thus Nvidia is their only choice for GPUs.

The computer is great and works (almost) perfectly.

I thought I ordered an RTX 3080 Founder Edition but this apparently was not the case. It was still a bit misleading on the website when it came to choosing it.

Rest is as expected and performances as right there.

You did a very good job but this confusion prevented me to give a full 5 stars rating. There would be half points you would get 4.5/5.

Also, the parcel didn't come in a pristine state but you are not under full control of everything.
Still, I was surprised to see so much damage on the box. I was able to fully see the computer from the "huge scars" the box had around the handles.

Very happy with laptop. I waited a long time before the version I wanted was available but when it was finally available the order procedure was no problem. However, delivery was a complete disaster. I waited in all day the day FedEx said it was coming (Wed 2nd June) but only after midnight did the delivery date become "unkown". Two days later they finally said it would be delivered the following Monday. A few hours later that suddenly changed to the present day so I waited. At a certain point I opened the front door and found the box on the doorstep. FedEx had not even rung the (very loud) bell. To crown it all the delivery timeline showed 'signed for' by myself which is a complete and utter lie! I am disgusted that such an expensive piece of equipment is abandoned in such a manor. Please change your delivery company to a reliable one.

In order to facilitate software transfer, the new PC was bought without drives (except a minimal SSD for testing) and other peripherals. It worked perfectly and the transfer of two SSDs, DVD writer and Wifi card went faultlessly and I can now enjoy the better speed.

PC specialist has a nice site to build your PC, gave good feedback throughout the process.
Just PLEASE do not use FEDEX again I waited at home for three consecutive days and at the end of every day the order is postponed.
