TLDR :The product (laptop) is awesome! Would I order from PC specialist again? Yes. What can Improve? communication (mostly good, few hiccups)

PC specialist has a great site, easy to use, and great components to build your pc/laptop. They do a very good job about telling you who built it, who tested it, and when they will ship it, All in emails they send out to you every 5 days to keep you posted on the progress.

However once it is sent it becomes a bit trickier. In general all went smoothly, however, what isn't communicated is that when sent abroad, it is held by customs for import tax. If you don't know about it, you will see no change on the FED EX tracking site for days! which is why it can get very scary, especially since it is a valuable product. After getting in touch with fedex and getting different delivery dates promised to me, and then nothing arriving, i was able to get in touch with one Fedex gentleman who told me the issue was the tax import, and that I needed to pay it. This was after two unkept delivery promises. At this point I was quite nervous, so i called PC specialist.

The wait time is approximately 25 minutes to get some one on the phone for PC specialist in the Netherlands, which i believe can be improved. However, the gentleman who picked up, was very helpful and was able to calm me down and assure me that they will take care of the bill. 5 Days later, with some additional calls to fedex, the lap top arrived.

The total time it took to get the laptop was 5 weeks, but I'm guessing that corona, and the shortage of RTX 3080 could be a factor for that.

In conclusion, a trustworthy supplier.

I ordered my workstation knowing that it is a difficult time for components (CPU and GPU), but everything went pretty smooth and I received my pc in more or less a month (which is pretty good right now, especially considering the rtx3090 and the AMD 5950x)! I'm fully satisfied and I recommend PCSpecialist!

process of order assembly and delivery is well maintained and transparent.
Very happy about parts available to customize the PC.
Wat was a surprise for me is that i ordered my PC from UK. Would be great to learn about it on earlier stage. This information was not easily accessible on the web site.
Overall I am satisfied with quality and service provided by PC Specialist so far.

Good prices. good delivery, I received my laptop within a week. Only point which can be improved is that I received the driver installers on a Cd but my laptop does (intentionally) not have a Cd reader. Overall content with purchase. Bronk

I had to wait for 20+ working days before I received the order

I ordered the vyper III 15.6 inch with RTX 2070, 32gb ram and 512gb ssd.
Price (around €1550) is very good for a laptop with these components and the build quality is good especially considering the weight.
Time from ordering to delivery was 12 workdays and that was within the indicated time frame.
There are two things however which prevent this from being a 5 star review.
1) The keyboard backlight can be all colours except white, which is a shame because it would fit the discrete look of the laptop.
2) I had called the helpdesk in advance to ask if they could leave the logo of the lid, which they agreed to.
I then send a mail to make sure, and I got confirmation they had put it in their system.
Therefore I was slightly dissapointed to find my laptop still having the logo on the lid when it arrived.

Besides these points its all good and can recommend them.

very happy with both the computer and how fast it was built/delivered. the only complaint I have is that the expected date to be built/delivered changed a lot. because of this it was hard to get a solid time period in which I could expect it.

Everything went according to plan, delivery was on point and all update e-mails were sound - except on the time of delivery. I received my package at 8:30/8:30 AM in the morning while I expected it at 20:00/8:00 PM. Luckily I was still at home to receive the package but beyond that, everything went smoothly. The PC performs excellently, the system seems robust enough to last for years. Have ordered from PCSpecialist before and will order again in the future! I'd give a 4.5/5 if I could.

Ik ben erg tevreden. De laptop is van goede kwaliteit. Enige minpuntje is af en toe het harde geluid van de ventilator. De levering was snel. Er was een goede communicatie, en ik ben prima op de hoogte gehouden van de status van de bestelling.

As you can read from several reviews, the company is good when everything works fine, but they are really bad if something goes wrong.
It's unbelievable how bad the customer support its.
It's unbelievable how difficult it's to them solve a problem right way.
I have been more the two months now with problem.
I was thinking my initial bad experience was because Corona, but it's clearly it's not.
I hope the 2 years of extend support I bought will be handled from a different company.

Great informing at the end, i had information about when the pc will be ready and also very fast delivery.
I would only like a bit more information at the start since i was waiting for 15 working days without any information about the pprogress

Excellent service on the website with helpful information and a warning when some of the options I'd chosen wouldn't fit or were too much for what I needed! The updates were useful and not too much but not too quiet, and the end result is everything I could've hoped for as a total newbie to computers!

The website is very user-friendly, and easy to use. You can tweak every component of your PC, and incompatibilities will be detected and you will be aware of them before you make an order.

Also, cheaper than the other vendors in the Netherlands.

Everything is working perfectly, and the computer was transported safely.
All inputs were connected properly, and I got some extra cables for future expansion which was generous of them. I was kept informed during the entire process, so excellent service!

I will move to Denmark in some time, so I am happy they cover service over multiple countries.

Very professional and helpful.
Even when there was a small issue with the order the sorted it out with very good feedback about progress.

many friends told me they also bought their PC from PCSpecialist and after checking other companies, PCSpecialist cae out as best with the best garantee and price as second lowest. Laptop got delivered after 9 days, but I expected longer so it was all good for me.
Laptop itself is great, had some issues with drivers because Windows had to update to 1903 first, but havent had any problems after.
Note: When opening the Vortex IX, you need to unscrew all the screws AND loosen your keyboard by slightly pressing it so it falls out of it's hinges, there are 2 screws under the keyboard and I nearly broke the case bc I was about to pull it to hard without loosening those screws.
