I love the product! Easy to use and versatile. My issue comes with the billing. I was not told until AFTER I had done my work that I would be billed for a "free pdf editor". I did like the control... See more

They took $100 out of my account! I didn’t sign up for that! I didn’t have enough money for gas to get to work because of this!

Did not wish to continue with the extravagant fee. Was charged after 14 days with no verification or receipt. I have tried to contact them by email with no reply. I have tried to delete my account but because I sign in with my Google account, it’s still there… I called the number I’ve seen them provide to assist others and was sent straight to voicemail… if I get charged again, I will contact scam authorities.
UPDATE Feb 24
Still ZERO contact other than this message. Left a voicemail with no response. As I have seen a few others do so - I have cancelled my actual credit card so I will no longer receive charges for this. Such a shame as it was a very useful for what I needed it for but it was only required for a short amount of time.
UPDATE Mar 2
Thought I still received a charge so I called my credit card company it turns out I received a refund. Upgraded my review to 2 stars since the program worked well for what I needed it for but they need to work on their customer service.

False advertising claims to be free and not until AFTER you have wasted your time uploading and merging the document does it force you to sign in and charge you money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to use a pdf compressor once and I thought it would be easy enough to use one from the internet, I always transform PDF to PNG for free so I thought it couldn’t be different, turns out they we’re charging me like 90 cents or something and I didn’t mind. Months later I start getting charges for 49$, bank calls me and tells me that if it wasn’t made by me it had to be a scam so they have to lock the account and send me a new card. ALL OF MY MONEY WAS THERE, and I’m broke as rocks, I literally have no money for food and they locked my card right when I went to buy groceries, so now I gotta wait to go to the bank to get cash because I have no card. They should’ve specified that the charge for compression of a single pdf was $50??!?!?!! And not 90 cents as I initially thought they’re literally profiting of stupid people like me to not mind the renewal of a stupid subscription and hope no one looks on it. So scummy actual scam please avoid at all cost, I’m literally starving because of them

Great company to grow with!
I love that this company has options and also doesn't discriminate like so many other facilities practices openly.

That's scam! They advertise as a free product, but finally you need to pay.

Maria, was great! She was very patient answered all my questions an and walked me through the process so I could understand what she was doing.

Scam site that has hidden $50 fee? Will get your PayPal information to pay the initial $1 or so, then unexpectedly charge your account for much more a week later. Don't get fooled, just stay away

absolute Garbage, with the promise of a free experience to suck you in and take the time to input all of your documents only to have them be held at ransom to use again. just another scamming website
