I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a recent subscription charge. I only used the service once and did not intend to continue, but I was charged a few days ago after forgetting to cancel my subscription.
Given that my usage was extremely limited, I find the charge unreasonable. I kindly request that you consider providing at least a partial refund (such as half or a quarter of the amount charged) as a gesture of goodwill.
I would also appreciate confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled to prevent any further charges.
