Amazing piece of software

Amazing piece of software. It has made PDF creation a breeze and works far better than the Nitro that I paid for. Much more better. I can easily convert screen shot into pdf. Works fast with no lag. Simple layout and great user experience.

I have used PDFGear for 2-3 weeks now

I have used PDFGear for 2-3 weeks now. I can do what I need to do without all of those 'captive audience' advertisements and giving away my data to make technology monopolies even more powerful. The interface is pretty simple. It has a few limitations with fonts, but I'll bet even those can be managed as I continue to learn how to use it effectively.

The best PDF tools

The best kept secret for productivity in 2026"
I’ve tried every 'free' PDF tool out there, and they usually hit you with limits or watermarks. PDFgear is different. It’s 100% free and runs completely offline, which is great for privacy. The AI Copilot is a lifesaver for summarizing long reports, and the OCR is surprisingly accurate for scanned docs. It’s exactly what I needed for my multi-drive setup. Highly recommended for anyone who handles business documents daily.
