Nice interface. Good PDF compression outcome

needed a pdf redaction tool. tried a couple of them. this was, by far, the BEST pdf redaction tool. Also, the software feels like a professional product. not clunky and amateurish. I mention this because I noticed that another pdf redaction tool (pdf redactor) felt clunky and awkward to use.

Well, speaking constructively this is a really close to perfect computer program. Speaking constructively, a very pleasent document processing program. Easy to use , crisp ,clear, promps. Speaking constructively, very nice user interface and a very competative and ambitious program. I would highly recommend PDFgear for all people A.S.A.P. It's really that good. Hooray for PDFgear. This PDF app is the bomb No questions about it.
Superior to Adobe and it's ridiculous licensing fees.
If everyone moved to PDFgear, they would go out of business. And would definitely deserve it. I think a paid subscription would be well worth it, to unlock premium features. Kudos to PDFgear for providing easy access to PDF's without the onerous and requisite Adobe restrictions.

What an amazing tool. PDFgear is simple to learn, fast to use, and gives real value for the price. I started using it for quick edits and now reach for it whenever I need to tidy up documents or share polished files with clients.

The interface is clean and predictable. Buttons and menus are where you expect them to be, so I can merge files, extract pages, or add comments without hunting through layers of options. I like that common tasks take only a couple of clicks, and the app does not get in the way of the work.

Performance has been solid. Large files open quickly and conversions usually keep the original layout intact. I have not had to redo formatting after exporting to Word or PowerPoint, which saves time and frustration. The annotation tools are responsive and easy to use when I need to mark up drafts or highlight important sections.

There are a few features I use all the time. The batch processing saves me from repeating the same steps on multiple files. The redaction tool is straightforward and reliable when I need to remove sensitive information. And the compression option is handy for sending documents by email without losing too much quality.

Full of useful features while keeping a simple UI, with all of its features accessible for free.
Also, it barely takes any resources, unlike other programs.

Fantastic app, simply the best

Excelent a great and best option for my pdfs

After trying several PDF programs, I have finally found a keeper. Quick, works well and free. You can't ask for more.

Great variety of functions (especially the format conversions), excellent page rendering, modern and very pleasing interface, all for free. Bookmark editing and OCR can be improved somewhat, but they work fine.

Just waist of time. it takes your file, and keeps on processing , and after few minutes, shows a message, SORRY THERE IS SOME THING WRONG .

PDFgear is the best. It's everything Adobe should be but isn't. I use it to create forms, edit PDFs, create PDFs, merge PDFs. It does it all.
