⚠️ Be very careful with PDF Simpli
I only needed a one-time PDF service, but I ended up being charged repeatedly without clearly realizing I had subscribed.
It started with a small initial payment, and then I was charged around 50€ every month for several months.
I did not knowingly agree to a recurring subscription, and the billing is not transparent at all.
I have now contacted them to cancel and request a full refund, and I have also contacted my bank to dispute all charges.
After looking into this, I found many similar complaints online (including forums like Reddit), where users describe the exact same experience:
• small initial fee
• hidden subscription
• recurring monthly charges
This pattern is extremely misleading.
I am currently waiting for their response and will update this review depending on how they handle the situation.
In the meantime, I strongly advise everyone to check their bank statements carefully!!!!!

I like the app but
I like the app, but I started to use supply fee, but then request a minimum payment for access the document. So is kind a tricky, not free but you should put for minimin cost to few days use.

SCAM!!!
I've used PDFSimpli for many years to do on and off filling documents whenever the need arise ( I PAYG so to speak). For some reason these last two months they have been taking £85.26 from my account for a yearly subscription that I DO NOT WANT BECAUSE I USE THE SERVICE LESS THAN 5 TIMES PER YEAR! I contacted them last month and they refunded my money. Two days ago on the 30th March, £85.26 was again taken from my account. This caused the direct debit for my rent did not go through because there was not enough money in my account.
I don't understand which part of I can't afford and I do not wish to have a yearly subscription these people do not understand. I am more than happy to PAYG as I see fit( which is very rarely).
I am very frustrated now and I am beginning that the whole thing is a scam.
I am here typing this, I waiting for someone to reply to my messages.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY, I HAVE OTHER IMPORTANT BILLS TO PAY!!!

Don’t waste your time on this site. Their so-called “FREE” service is misleading and ends up being nothing more than a waste of time. After going through the process, they ask you to pay just to translate a single document, despite clearly advertising it as free at the beginning.

DO NOT use this company's services! DO NOT!! When I disputed the high recurring fee on my PayPal account that I was not aware of when I initially paid less than $2.00 for a one time pdf conversion, they had the nerve to send me a message ON MY PAY PAL account website, telling me to first remove the dispute and then they will pay the refund. The scam is, once you remove the dispute you cannot turn it into a claim and then you will never hear from them again! So terrible. I've been advised to wait 10 days in "Dispute Mode" and if they don't refund me the two charges of $49.95 I can file a claim through Pay Pal. This company (PDFSimpli) should be out of business because they are dishonest, scamming, liars ... period.
