Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam, don't ever sign up with an account, it's definitely not free(and they don't mention it anywhere) and the process to delete you account is intentionally time consuming - there's no strait forward process. You have to contact there support for that..
Ps - your own faq says to contact you to delete the account, and there's no option to delete the account in the settings page.
And I wasn't talking about payment and checkouts, I'm talking about you guys asking us to sign to download a processed pdf, and then not allowing to download the said pdf unless we then subscribe to a package, it should be clearly stated before asking people to sign up. And the again, the support has been terrible to, quick to reply to my review here but no reply yet to my support email request to delete my account for more than 16 hours now.

Its a basic scam. Options presented
14 Days Limited Access = €1.45
14 Days Full Access = €1.95
Annual Plan = €20.83/month
Then below in small print:
After 14 days, auto-renews € 49.95 billed every 4 weeks. You may cancel by email, by chat or by calling us toll-free at +1-844-898-1076.
1) Selling monthly access at $1.95 or a max of $20.83/Mth and then actually charging you €49.95 is a scam in any normal persons language
2) By law in nearly every state you must give users the ability to cancel on your site - they do not. Calling a phone number or emailing some dark email account is not how legitimate businesses operate
Despite chatting and emailing and calling!! They took 7 payments out of my account before my bank finally managed to block them
All I was looking to do was a small 2dollar edit of a PDF
