Kept my money, no goods
I ordered on 5th December and patiently waited because I understood that Christmas was a busy time. When it didn't arrive I asked where it was and they cancelled the order. Since then I have written and asked for my refund and they said they were doing it, they have not. They have had my money for all but 2 months.

I ordered Madame Rochas in December, which never arrived. I emailed and was told that there had been logistical issues so my order could not be processed and I would receive a full refund. It has not been received. I emailed again and was told there had been problems because they were busy and it had been Christmas, the refund would be sent. It still have not received it. I think this is a scam website

Further to my bad review last month I have to say that my experience has got even worse if that is possible.After ordering perfume at the beginning of December that never arrived (as stated in my last review)I was eventually offered a refund at the beginning of January to be paid within 5 working days.As of today (29th January) I have still not received any refund even though I have contacted them on a couple of occasions.Can this company really get any worse.I don't know how to get my money back.

I purchased a perfume as a Christmas present. As I'd heard nothing and Christmas was nearly upon us, I contacted them to enquire the whereabouts and expected delivery date. They were very apologetic but informed me that due to high demand and logistical challenges, they had run out of stock and would arrange my refund. I have requested my refund three times now, but each time they blame it on banking delays and issues with their third party payments processor. I will not be peacocking with them ever and am still awaiting my refund

Ordered perfume 16th Dec 24. They cancelled the order as the they couldn’t fulfil it, (despite taking payment). They stated 5 working days for a refund and I’m still waiting. 4 reminders to their customer services email and no response. I won’t be using them again.

Terrible company,I've always had to contact these regarding my parcel, to be told no parcel is coming and I will get a refund still waiting refund so I contacted them again to be told more delays .. seems as if they are making commission on all our refunds first before paying out !!

Please don’t deal with this business. Ordered at the end of Nov. Promises of the product arriving for Xmas, then after 3 weeks of waiting, a mail arrived saying they couldn’t fulfil the order. They then promised a refund. More waiting, with no refund being made. Another mail then more excuses about delays in the banking system which is an utter fabrication. I’m still waiting for the refund..
