I applied to peak tax, there all over you after you apply non stop emailing and ringing you, I don't know if I was due back a rebate because I never heard anymore from them! Even if I was not due back tax at least have the decency to email the person and let them know! I will be deleting peak tax off my revenue and I won't be giving ye my time or business.

We understand your frustration of not being updated for your claim. At the time you left your review your claim was not concluded as your case was in a queue to be worked.
Once a claim is submitted it takes up to 28 days to receive an outcome. This includes 14 days to receive a payment from Revenue, then if no payment is received in this time within the next 14 days, we will review your claim to see why we have not received a payment. Once all your claims are concluded you would receive an outcome to update you on all your claims.
We can see that since you signed, we have been in conversation with you. However, since then we have had no further updates to provide you.
We have emailed you separately on 29th October 2024 and we followed up by email and we attempted to call you on 31st October 2024, explaining our position in full and in some further detail to try and resolve this matter.
In any event, we take feedback very seriously and if you are still unhappy after our attempt to resolve the matter, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team on the details you have, or alternatively, please provide a convenient time for us to get in touch with you between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Amazing!!! I expected it was a scam. I found this company on Instagram, I got one of those random advertisements. I filled the form with very little hope. After some time I received an email when they were asking me my bank accounts details because they wanted to pay me my Revenue taxes. I waited 3 months, because I didn’t trust them. At the end I finally decided to give them my details through their email. They paid me 2 days after, it was so easy.
And yes, maybe they charge a pretty high rate, but personally I don’t care, I got my money without doing nothing.
So, thanks.

Very high charge, almost 50% of tax return
I received my tax return after 10 days but the problem is I did not know how much they are gonna charge from the beginning as they did not mention about it from the sign up. They took 36% from my tax return which is a very high charge.
