When signing up to our service, we confirm with all our customers that the bank details will be updated by us. This is mentioned in the Authorisation Terms as well as the Terms and Conditions sent by email as well as the Welcome Email. We do this to allow us to track any payments made by Revenue.
At the time of you writing the review, we had not received your rebate from Revenue as there was a slight backlog with receiving payments from Revenue. I can see that we have since received the rebate and made the payment to you.
It is important to note that as soon as a payment is received from Revenue you are emailed within 24 hours, but usually on the same day, to request your bank details so we can avoid any delay in receiving your payment. Our processes are efficient in this respect.
We have emailed you separately on 11th October 2024 to the email address you used to sign up, explaining our position in full and in some further detail.
In any event, we take feedback very seriously and if you are still unhappy after our attempt to resolve the matter, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support team on the details you have, or alternatively, please provide a convenient time for us to get in touch with you between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Unfortunately both my partner and I have had a terrible experience with these people. Since making my initial claim over 8 weeks ago this company has not made any efforts to contact me and have been holding my money. After multiple efforts of trying to call I finally got speaking with someone who said they didn't have my bank details to transfer my money, which isn't true as I had given these details at the start. Eventually she said she would email me with a link to provide my details for payment and until now I still have not received any email. I doubt they even have my email address at all. Don't waste your time with this as it really just feels like they don't want to give anyone their money. I absolutely would not reccomend. This is my first time to ever leave any review but this is just ridiculous.

Please note after a certain period if we needed to contact you, then we would have in any event contacted you by telephone.
It’s important to note that we do not request any bank details upon sign up to our service as we only request these should a refund be due to you, which we learn once we have reviewed you application and the revenue have agreed to pay your refund/rebate and furthermore, we also do not copy bank details from Revenue.
After a conversation with your partner, we obtained your email address so we can arrange your payment however, unfortunately the email address provided still seems to be incorrect.
We kindly ask you to contact our customer support team via email (help@peakaccountingsolutions.com) or telephone so we can resolve this matter and get you paid as quickly as possible. Please note they are available between Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Giving these a one star is very generous. this group are fruad, it started with a link on instagram to reclaim rent paid. I filled out all my information, few days later i got a statement of liability from revenue as to what i was due for a refund. After 2 weeks i gave revenue a call as to not receiving my refund and they advised it has been paid to Peak Accounting the week before and i was patiently waiting to get some sort of acknowledment, it has been 8weeks and nothing. when you do call their phone 014433915 you get no answer, when my partner finally got through to them somehow they said they have been waiting on our IBAN (which i submitted when filling the form) she said they were waiting on our IBAN but yet never reached out in 8weeks to request. their fee is outrageous, and reclaiming this somehow has affected my Help To Buy claim massively. i do not care too much for the refund anymore but this is more for others not to fall a victim
