If i could have given 0 stars

If i could have given 0 stars, i would have!
What a god awful company!
My order took 3 months to arrive. The shoes were the wrong size, only 1 shoe has an insole, the insole that is there is too big for the shoe!
They do NOT respond to emails, except to tell you to be patient and offer a paltry 10% refund! To send the shoes back costs almost as much as they were to buy, so, in effect, i got nothing for my money except a half finished pair of oversized shoes that are completely useless.
Avoid this company as if they are the plague!

Poor Product Quality and Customer Service

I ordered 3 pairs of driving shoes. The products arrived 37 days later. At first review. the shoes were, I thought. ok. After wearing the white pair on the ssme day, the shoelace pulled out of grip lock.
I wrote customer service for a replacement and received a timely response that the grip lock could easily be opened and the lace relocked into grip. However, the image sent to me appeared in 60 lines of computer code and displayed no image. A reasonsble error, I concluded, and easily fixed. I was wrong.
The same computer code was sent to me two more times. The PEARLFEET representative was clearly unable to translate my messsge.
During the communications I wore all three pairs of shoes. Everytime I took a foot out of a shoe, the sole liner came out with my foot. The liners are not affixed to the shoe.
I had reached my patience threshold. I wrote one last time clearly stating the problem with the shoelace endgrip problem and the inability to view the image provided and the issue with the liners.
I recreived a response stating the shoes were not defective.
I have notified PEARLFEET I will be negatively reviewing the products and their customer service.
This was a manageable customer service issue - it is now beyond that easily remedied problem.
PEARLFEET was also notified that I would use the leverage of the credit card company I used to leverage a complaint against PEARLFEET.
Posting this review is the first step, Contacing Chase Bank is the second step.

Well I ordered 3 pairs of shoes buy 2…

Well I ordered 3 pairs of shoes buy 2 get 3rd for 20% off. Well after 3 months I did recieve 1 pair of shoes after e-mailing them and asked them where where my other 2 pairs of shoes where. They e-mailed me back with no response. Then about 2weeks later they send me some other shoes I didn't order. I e-mailed them to let them know they sent the wrong shoes and please send me address to send them back. Lol. They ask me to send video/Pic so I did. Then They sent e-mail asking me to keep the shoes and they would refund me back 10%. OMG. The shoes are men's shoes. AND I WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE MY 3RD PAIR OF SHOES. Yes I do believe this is placed in China. Do not order from this WEBSITE.

Do NOT buy from these people

Do NOT buy from these people, it's a scam. I Have ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all came wrong size. Return postage cost more than shoes.
Numerous return addresses, so they tell you, they have returned to wrong address.
Only thing genuine to come from this country is disease.

Don't buy from Pearlfeet

UPDATE. Got sent a cheap pair of sandals instead of my shoes, which they then wanted me to pay to send back! I would give zero stars if I could. After 5 months, filled with every excuse you can think of, I had an email to say ' good news, your order has been delivered '. Needless to say....it hasn't. DON'T BUY FROM PEARLFEET

SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company should be banned from doing business in the US. All they have is pictures of merchandise. If anybody says they received what they ordered, they work for Pearlfeet. COMPLETE SCAM.

I am an unhappy US customer who paid in US Currency

I am a US customer paying in US currency from St Louis, Missouri. The only reason to give 1 star is because nothing lower is available to post a review. Offered slip on shoes at buy 1 pair for $39.99 then get a second pair for half off. Ordered 2 pair then received a tracking number that was not trackable. Emailed customer service to request shipping status over 10 weeks only to be informed due to virus the order shipped by boat which takes longer. Tracking never worked from day one. Received one email with horrific grammar which appeared to be someone in China attempting the English language. They offered 10% discount for the long delay but then charged my credit card $39.99 per pair. After continued emails they want a photo of the bag the shoes arrived in which was opened and discarded immediately. The shoes are so light weight and very poor quality I requested a refund. The next email was they need a photo of the bag or label to "prove" I am complaining about their shoes and not another manufacturer. After many emails they will not address the incorrect charge from the ad I purchased through a pop up ad while on the internet. Their website states they are located in London but this doesn't mean they're not a scam company selling cheap Chinese crap. SCAM ALERT!!!! Do Not Buy!!!!

DO NOT Order from Pearlfeet

My experience was much the same as the others with delivery taking over 3 months. The sandels were made of cheap vinyl vs. Leather so the price was way too expensive. Based on their website I’m certain that I won’t be able to return them and/or get a refund. DO NOT order anything from Pearlfeet!

I would give them ZERO starts if it was possible.
shoes ordered in April arrived in August. I ordered size US 14 and that is what the sticker said but actual size is no more than a 12.
The email from their customer service actually said that they believe their mistake is "not so big" and suggested I gift the shoes to a friend. Seriously???

I'm hoping to get refunded by Paypal and have these i*diots got f*%&$^#% themselves

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 25 May 2020

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 25 May. The first pair arrived 55 days later, the second after 60 days. Before they arrived, I asked for a refund because that shipping time is awful. There was no response from their customer service e-mail. After the shoes arrived, they did not fit (at least 2 sizes too small). I requested a refund, based on their return policy - any reason within 7 days of receipt. They asked me if I measured my foot. I told them I ordered based on their website dropdown for US sizes. They also told me return shipping would be on me, and was going to be VERY EXPENSIVE - so I should think about giving my shoes to a fried that they do fit. Then, they would give me a 20% discount on replacement shoes. I'll try to return, but I'm expecting it to be prohibitively expensive to do it and will end up giving brand new shoes to GOOD WILL. This is not a company I will every use or recommend again!

I ordered handmade leather…got plastic.

I ordered and paid for handmade leather shoes. What (finally) arrived was synthetic PU (poly urethane) material. I chucked then in the trash where they belong. This company trades on the fraudulent premise of sending you inferior goods and relying on the fact it is expensive to return them to keep your money.
Don't waste your money with these clowns.

Pearlfeet's Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a wallet on 6/15/20 and of course I was charged on 6/15/20. On 7/16/20 I get an e-mail from them stating that the item has shipped (their tracking provider info is atrocious, they even ask for donations?!?!) and if I don't receive my wallet in 5 days to get back to them and "they will solve it for me". On 7/21/20 I let them know that I was getting fed up and I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company. On 7/23/20 I send my previous notice again. They finally respond and ask me if I can wait some more time from it and suggested I use the tracking info provided to see where my wallet is. I get tied up with life and here it is 8/6/20 and still no wallet. I submitted a refund request to them. Wonder how this will turn out? So do I. :0)
